Ingredients

Dough:
Wheat flour 100g.
Warm water 50g.
Fresh yeast (dry) 2d. (pinch)
Dough:
Opara
Warm water 170g.
Fresh yeast (dry) 5d. (2 \ 3h. L.)
Wheat flour 300g.
Salt 8d.
Olive oil 20g.
For lubrication:
Olive oil 20g.

Cooking method

  • Prepare dough. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add flour. Stir with your hands. Form a tight ball. Covered with foil and leave for 4 hours at 30C. I leave the Dough mode in MV Brand.
  • For the dough, beat the dough together with water until smooth.
  • Grind the flour with your hands with fresh yeast (just mix dry ones) and salt. Pour into dough. Knead with a combine at 1 speed for 2 minutes. The dough will be lumpy. Leave on for 15 minutes.
  • Then add oil at 2 speeds in portions. After the oil is completely added, knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth. The dough is elastic, not sticky to hands.

  • Next, knead the dough, roll it into a rectangle, grease with butter, roll it up, fasten the seam, put the seam down on a baking sheet covered with paper.
  • With a blade or knife, make two longitudinal cuts, almost to the end. Cover with a towel and leave for 1.5 hours.
  • Sprinkle with water before baking.
  • Preheat the oven to 250C. Sprinkle with water before planting bread. Bake for 10 minutes, then lower the temperature to 220C and bake until tender. The exact time depends on your oven. I have 20 minutes. Ready bread, when tapped on the bottom, emits a dull sound.
  • Cool the bread on the wire rack.
