Ingredients

kefir 1 glass
salt 0.5 tsp
sugar 2 tbsp. l
soda 1 tsp without a slide
vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l
flour 2-3 glasses

Cooking method

  • Kefir, rast. butter, sugar, salt - stirred with a whisk, flour. Knead the dough gently. Put on the table. sprinkle with baking soda and mix well. The dough should be soft. Make a sausage from the dough, cut into pieces. such balls are about 3 cm in diameter. and then we take each bun and make a flat pancake from it with our fingers. I roll out to about 5mm, not thick. I take each pancake, 4-5 cherries on it, sugar to taste and pinch the edges. I bought such a thing - in the photo it is on a plate. she makes beautiful edges. I put 6 pieces in a steam basket in MV. the basket was lightly greased with vegetable oil. there is a place between the dumplings, they will rise and swell. and cook for 5 minutes. I put it in a saucepan and poured it with melted butter.

I have been making dumplings my entire adult life. But I haven't eaten such delicious ones yet. Found on Povarenka. They just melt in your mouth. This is due to the fact that the soda must already be introduced into the dough.
I do it with bones, because it's too lazy to gouge the bones, and when you take out the bones, the cherry juice starts up, it's harder to seal the edges. And so you bite carefully, and there is a lot of juice. Well, you decide for yourself - with or without bones!
