Cooking method

  • I took the recipe from the website. I bought a mixture "Victoria" and wanted to see it in action.
  • I transfer the cooking procedure from the site without changes:
  • 1. Measure with a measuring spoon 1.5 tsp. Of Saf-Moment yeast and add to the bucket of the bread machine.
  • 2. Place a bucket of bread maker on the scales and add 100 g of Ciabatta mixture to it
  • 3. Add 350 g of baking wheat flour
  • 4. Add 50 g of Victoria mixture to the bucket of the bread machine
  • 5. Measure out 2 tsp of salt with a measuring spoon and add to the bucket of a bread machine.
  • 6. Measure out 370 ml with a measuring glass. water and add to the bucket of the bread machine.
  • 7. Bake in a bread maker in the "BASIC" mode
  • After kneading the "kolobok", grease the sides of the bucket with vegetable oil using a special brush or add 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil at the end of kneading the bun.
  • Bread with mixtures of Ciabatta and Victoria
  • For such a quantity of dry / wet ingredients, there was no question of the correct kolobok !!! I just added a spoonful of olive oil at the end of the batch. I decided not to break the recipe! It became interesting - what will happen ?!

Note

Although the authors called it "Ciabatta grain bread" ... In fact, this bread was lying nearby somewhere! The porosity and hollow in the middle proves it.
Despite all the deviations, the bread turned out to be delicious.
Bon Appetit!!!

Thank you for the courage in experimenting and no less courage to show the result
