Ingredients

Dough:
sugar 1 st.
eggs 2 + 4 cream yolk)
oil 100 g
margarine 100 g
mayonnaise 4 tbsp. l.
soda slaked. vinegar 1/2 tsp
flour 5 tbsp. (1st - 225 ml.)
Italian meringue
egg whites 4 things
lemon. sour on the tip of tsp.
Syrup:
sugar 1.5 tbsp.
water 5 - 7 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • My little baskets come from childhood.
  • We knead the dough for the baskets.
  • Took 3 tbsp. flour, put margarine and butter, chopped into small crumbs with a knife, then rubbed it with her hands.
  • Beat the egg and yolks with sugar, added mayonnaise, baking powder.
  • Poured eggs into butter - flour crumbs.
  • I kneaded a soft dough.
  • The form was lightly smeared with an emulsion. * Smeared * the dough on the mold with your hands, very thinly.
  • I don't put any peas or beans on top.
  • Little baskets
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown.

  • Removable from the mold without problems. A minute after the oven, turn over and lay out the baskets.

  • The products are very fragile.
  • Under the cream I put homemade jam - strawberry, plum and cherry.
  • Protein cream on top.

  • Beat the whites, pour in the hot syrup and continue beating for 7-10 minutes.

To be honest, I did not count, but in the photo the dish is round, square and also a plate. Approximately 40 baskets. I spread the dough thinly in shape, if you make plump ones, then a little less.

True, the cakes of their childhood were 22 kopecks each. I also found a recipe from 66 years old, bouchet cakes. It turns out very tasty. I'll post it later.

Irsha, thank you for your help! .. when I baked these cakes, I sprinkled flour on my eyes, purely intuitively .. as soon as the dough became "pleasant to the touch" and "accommodating", then I began to fill out forms for them .. that's what happened .. herself I haven't tried it, but my husband (he has a sweet tooth) is delighted!
