Zucchini with cinnamon

Ingredients

Zucchini
Cinnamon
Cocoa (optional)
Sugar

Cooking method

  • Cut the zucchini in half (if large). Then we cut into pieces 0.5 cm wide.
  • Prepare a mixture of cinnamon, sugar and, if desired, cocoa (gives a chocolate flavor).
  • Put in a dryer and dry for at least 6 hours.

The recipe came from my mother-in-law, who kindly gave me her Ezidra. And she came up with a recipe, since a lot of zucchini grew in the garden and there was nowhere to go - this is how "masterpieces" are born. In winter, instead of sweets, we ate such zucchini.

Thank you so much for your prompt reply! I have Isidri too. I would like to simultaneously make jerky zucchini according to the Admin recipe and with cinnamon according to yours. But jerky should be done at the highest temperature, and with cinnamon at medium. I'll try. It can work on high.

Fortunately, the middle with the fan hole is higher than the edges, through which the juice from the zucchini flows onto the table. I put down an empty tray with a sheet for marshmallow, every 2-3 minutes, five times, went to drain the liquid. And then everything went as it should. So do not put to dry immediately, let it drain a little. For the rest, Beautiful Marquis, everything is ... REMARKABLE! Now dry up, the smell is delicious, delicious!
