Ingredients

DOUGH:
eggs 2 pcs
sugar 1/2 multi-glass
sour cream 1 multi-glass
baking powder 2 tsp
butter melted 2 tbsp. l
cocoa 2 tbsp. l
flour 1 multi-glass
FILLING:
cottage cheese 500 g
eggs 3 pcs
sugar 1/2 multi-glass
semolina 1 tbsp. l

Cooking method

  • Beat eggs with sugar, add sour cream, baking powder, melted butter, cocoa and flour. Knead the batter.
  • Pour it into a greased multicooker saucepan.
  • Pour the curd filling into the middle. I laid it out with a spoon.

Well, very tasty. It turns out dough around the edges, and everywhere cottage cheese is like pudding - tastier than casserole.

Since I cooked late yesterday, I confused everything, because in the original (on a multicooker ru) - there was butter and a regular faceted glass. I put in vegetable oil and measured it with a cartoon glass.
But it still worked out very well. Recommend. It's easy to cook, and such a beauty.

I have, as always, a complete FAIR, not baked goods. some kind of chaos. but this chaos is delicious. now cracking with a seagull - cool.

Tatalo4ka, I think it's not worth increasing. pitches in these proportions. baking does not rise very high, but it turns out very heavy in weight. I'm afraid that the cartoon may not be able to cope ... although I usually bake casseroles for 700-800 grams of cottage cheese ... in general, do it according to the original for the first time.

I measured the recipe in gr. here's what happened (1 multi-glass = 200 ml):
DOUGH:
- eggs 2 pcs
- sugar 100 gr
- sour cream - 200 gr
- baking powder 2 tsp
- grows. oil 2 tbsp. l
- cocoa 2 tbsp. l
- flour 150 gr

FILLING:
- cottage cheese 500 gr
- eggs 3 pcs
- sugar 100 gr
- semolina 1 tbsp. l


like so. only I didn't have semolina and I put in a little flour. and just noticed that I put 1/2 cup of sour cream in the dough, which means only 100 gr.
but in any case it turned out great!

Only the middle has fallen a little, why I can't understand.
I bought cottage cheese in the market (homemade). Instead of baking powder (it was not available at home) I put vinegar slaked soda, everything else according to the recipe.
The dough layer turned out to be airy, baked.
Baked for 50 + 30 minutes. Maybe it took longer?

Well, in general, the cheesecake was a success, quickly, tasty, but as my household said - MAAAAALOOOOO !!!!!

Next time I'll try to cook it from my own cottage cheese (I'll make it from kefir: put it in the freezer overnight, then drain it), it's more airy, softer in structure.
