This is the food of the gods !!!!!!!!!!

Py. sy. If there is such a recipe, delete the topic, I could not find it. : girl_curtsey: p
Py. py. sy. "Sprite" is not important, I just need sweet soda, I use some kind of cheap "Biola". And not Coca-Cola - the color is not the same.

M-mm-mmm .... how delicious it looks !!!!!
Sveta, is the dough yeast or yeast-free? Purchased or do you make yourself? And how small do you cut the apples?

Honestly, I haven’t bothered with homemade puff pastry for a long time. I have a Metro across the street, I buy ARO firms, it's cheap and I really like it, I've already tried all sorts of brands. I tried it without yeast, but stopped all the same with yeast, well, that's better for me.
I cut the apples into pieces, I do not grind them, 1 piece for 1 cake.

Mom daragaya, well, how I love it: puff pastry and apples !!!! Tomorrow I'm going to get the dough. Sprite added to boiling oil or just watering? Lots of sprite? And you can replace it with something (if the store does not appear)?

It seems like I wrote it clearly ... I will repeat - "Melt butter with sugar, add vanillin, pour our puffs. Add a sprite (everything is sizzling), sprinkle with cinnamon (optional)."
At the bottom of the recipe, where Py. sy. written about the sprite.
Do, you can eat this mind !!!

And I confirm, super delicious! I did it with orange juice, slightly diluted with mineral water, but I took natural juice.

Slightly corrected the recipe in the place of the sprite fill.

I also make such sweets, probably for more than a year already, (the recipe has been walking around the Internet for a long time, it’s probably even difficult to establish who the author is) very tasty. Try it, you will definitely not regret it
ilga
And I made such puffs several times, very tasty!
Sveta, add in the recipe that the puffs must be placed freely so that the dough has a place to go.

And I put it close, then the dough grows up. Now I will try to put it more freely, thanks for the idea.

Girls, I'm going to make puffs - I bought yeast puff pastry yesterday, but while I was driving home, I almost defrost it - I put it back in the sea at home - do you think it still works or you need a new one?

Remove from freezer immediately !!! Puff pastry cannot be re-frozen !!!
If it is not frozen, then you can either bake it, or at least keep it in the refrigerator until the desired time. And if it's cold ... better buy a new one.
nut
Thank you - went for a new one

Svetta, and fill the puffs with oil and sprite as soon as you twisted them and put them on the sheet? Don't you need to defuse them?

Svetta, and fill the puffs with oil and sprite as soon as you twisted and put them on a sheet? Don't you need to defuse them?
Not on any sheet !!! Only in Not shallow!!! There is no need to distribute, first, butter and sugar on the top of the puffs, then a sprite to a height of 3/4, and into the oven!
nut
I already put it in the oven;) But the sugar in the butter doesn't want to melt

Everything will melt in the oven. Wait, and as I wait, I'm worried about you!

Svetlana, nothing worked for me: (The recipe is not complicated, but I think my dough is bad - it did not rise at all and from below everything was raw, although it was baked at 190 * for almost 40 minutes. I tried one thing and if everything was fine, then of course it's very tasty Thank you for your help and empathy
Svetta
Irina, so the dough is not baked from below, it seems to be stewed in syrup, you get a soft creamy bottom and a crunchy puff toasted top. It is this combination in one cake that makes it awesome!
Take a closer look at my photo, you can see it. You probably poured a lot of liquid.
I'm just sure it will turn out right next time !!!
chapic
oh I saw this recipe. there are still photos so yummy .... but my turn will never reach them. there it turns out the bottom is soft juicy and the top crunches ..
Kasanko
twisted puffs, poured butter-sugar mixture and pear soda, put it in the oven, sit, wait ... and it seems to me that the butter mixture is too much, we'll see what happens
matroskin_kot
So it seemed to me too, but everything was baked and absorbed ... Class !!!
Kasanko
I hope it gets absorbed ... it's just about to run away
Kasanko
a little slurry still ran away nicho, wash it off
puffs abaldenly unrealistically tasty ate already one, did not wait for cooling
Thank you

Svetta, thank you so much for the recipe! Today I baked it, my husband and I are just delighted. So simple, fast and at the same time a lot of fun !!!

Shattered the soul with puffs ...

Sprite Puffs You can swallow your tongue!

Well. that the temptresses ... Nasmo rubbed - licked ...

I have a highly carbonated Aroma-Orange instead of a sprite.
The apples were sweet, so I sprinkled them with lemon, sprinkled with cinnamon ...

I just put it in the oven ... We are waiting, sir.
Galinaind
And here are my sprite puffs Thank you very much for the yummy !!!

Somehow the dough doesn't look like that ... was it really flaky? Or did you roll it out thinner?
(it seems there were still your photos, I don't see now ...)
Galinaind
The dough is not flaky, but I rolled it out very thinly ...
I won't roll it so thin next time ...

But this did not deteriorate the taste. I will do more ...

So I don't roll out the dough AT ALL !!! I cut into small triangles as they are, and bake them, they swell when baking! unlike yours. Try not to roll!
Galinaind
Girls, you will forgive me ... misled you ...
But in my defense I will say: I found out by mistake that puffs are good with any yeast dough
I baked a baking sheet in the evening - it's gone ... We ordered a couple more baking trays ... for each ...
Of course, with puff it will be even tastier ...

Sveta! Thanks for the puffs))) I made them yesterday, though I did them in mulk, because we are on vacation and there is no way to use the oven. I didn’t take a picture, because they didn’t have a very good view from the cartoon, BUT it didn’t affect the taste! Delicious, delicate, with a pleasant caramel aftertaste). I took the dough for strudel, I could not find another) It turned out delicious, I will repeat it in the oven at home!

Very surprised! I had no idea that it was possible! I will also go to rest with cartoons, I will take the opportunity to make puffs.

Svettochka, Happy Jam Day! Thank you so much for the recipe, very fast and original! I did half with an apple, half with an apricot, one of these days I want to repeat it, then I'll glue the photo. Thanks again!

Did it. Delicious. But I don’t understand what role the sprite plays?

Sweet water combined with butter and sugar becomes a sauce in which the bottom of the cake is "stewed". Probably CO2 gas also plays a role ... IMHO

Today there was just a broadcast (repetition) about the dangers of gin and tonics, cola, etc. And asparkam literally becomes poison when heated, which is why they write on the labels "Drink it chilled." And it is contained in the sprite .... But all the same, thanks for the recipe and idea. I will just bake it with a liquid sauce.

I quote myself from the recipe:
"Py. Py. Sy. "Sprite" is not important, I just need a sweet soda, I use some kind of cheap "Biola". And not Coca-Cola - the wrong color. "
You yourself can choose the sweet soda according to your preferences.

Today I made puffs again ... Very tasty. Already with the right yeast puff pastry.
Instead of a sprite, I use a highly carbonated orange drink.
Thanks for the recipe !!!
A friend and her husband came from the dacha - she called me and made an appointment in the metro - brought berries and cucumbers.
I put them a puff. She calls - urgently give a recipe !!! Delicious !!!!
