Ingredients

Water 50 ml.
Juice (pineapple) 100 ml.
Eggs 2 pcs.
Butter) 2 tbsp. l.
Sugar 2 tbsp. l
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Prunes about 50 gr.
Yeast (SAF-moment) 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Pour juice, water, eggs beaten with sugar and melted butter into the bread maker. Top it all with flour with salt and yeast. We turn on the "Sweet" mode and wait. Finely chop the prunes and put them there after the main batch, the stove should give a signal when exactly. Everything else is done by the miracle technique itself! :)

There was a little more juice, just a little (missed the mark on the mug).
Dried prunes, there were 200 grams in a pack, measured a quarter by eye.
I did not measure the oil in liquid form at all, as I picked out two spoons from a piece, and it was so.

And in general, most likely, I did a little more. Just a little.

I didn't get up as much as I wanted (I probably didn't have to look there often). It turned out to be soft and tasty. Not very sweet, but wonderful with butter for tea!
