I read the entire thread about Beanaton, but I still could not find answers to my questions.
I cannot go to the SC, as well as to the store, because I am in a position and I also have little children! They do not answer by e-mail I wanted to order in the online store, but they also cannot give information ...
I will try to ask more specific questions:
Does she knead dough on dumplings?
what programs are there?
Nevushka
Kenwood can't handle it, I registered at these addresses and sent requests - silence.
In general, I am loyal to Binaton, I have never had any problems with their technique.
If I don’t find answers, I’ll probably have to postpone the purchase until better times ..
sazalexter
Nevushka I will take the liberty and say we urgently need to buy this HP! Firstly, children and their health, secondly, the health of everyone in the family.
Thirdly, this HP is similar to Delongi 1200 or Tefal, and both can make dough and rye bread, especially since it is programmable
There is an option to make a call to the store for example 🔗 and "torment" the local manager with two or three questions
Nevushka
It is there that I want to order it. I called both the manager and the store, I tried to torment the sellers, but not very successfully - the information is everywhere. But there the delivery is free! True, a break with a bunch of information, still found the owners of the stove and found out everything. I decided that I would take it. Moreover, the children will soon begin to eat bread, but they do not want to feed the store, and at home all lovers of baking muffins. Thanks for the help! I will soon join your ranks!

I am now mastering x \ n Binaton VM-2169. In the presence of 2 buckets - one traditional with 2 knives for 900 and 1100 grams, the second double for 2 loaves of 500 grams.

And here is the bread from this x \ n

White plain wheat bread was the first bread, the crust was medium. Weight 900 grams

Bread maker Binatone BM-2169

Wheat bread with the addition of 30% rye grains Coarsely with sprouts. Weight 1100 grams.

Bread maker Binatone BM-2169

Two loaves in one go - rich and simple. Weight 2 x 500 grams

I forgot to say that x \ n has a self-programming program - 11 programs in total.
While happy, the bread is good, baked, the recipes are also correct, easy to use.

It looks like x \ n Binaton VM-2169

Bread maker Binatone BM-2169
This is the latest Binaton model, it has two buckets for 1 large bread (900 and 1100 grams) and a second double bucket for two breads 450 grams each (see photo above with ready-made bread), more stylish design.

you can read about it here https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_content&task=blogcategory&id=66

It bakes beautifully, recipes for bread and other things are well and correctly selected, convenient and easy to use - I recommend it.
RybkA
Tell me how to make a long one batch for rye bread in this model? When programming, the first batch of max. 14 minutes ... will not be enough, probably?
Admin

I continue to test the Binaton VM-2169 bread maker. Today I bake bread according to my own recipe and with beer.

Sorry, I messed up with the models of Binaton bread makers - I placed the bread baking in another x \ n.

Therefore, I now repeat the recipe here, since I baked bread in the VM-2169 model. For the rest of my recipes and photos of bread for this model, see the topic Binaton VM-2068

Well, what is it - quite decent and easy-to-use x \ n, reasonable price, and in addition to everything, two buckets and 11 programs
RybkA
The reasonable price worries me a little, but at the same time it pushes me to buy, and especially the presence of two buckets wins me over.
Admin, have you already used programming?
Do you think this HP can cope with sourdough bread?
Admin

RybkA, I just started using this x \ n.

So far I have only checked the recipes from the instructions - the correct recipes.
I made bread according to my own recipes - it also works.
I haven’t worked with programming yet, and I don’t know if I will.
The reason is only one thing - I bake bread in the oven and there I observe the proofing of bread and pastries and I think that the best option is manual.
Well, how to set the proofing time for 2 hours, if only 1 hour is enough for a good proofing - as an example. Or vice versa the situation.
Long-term proofing will only lead to spoilage of the dough and, accordingly, spoilage of the bread.
This means that you will have to forcibly interrupt the proofing at 2 o'clock, if the dough is already ready and put into baking mode.
Then the game is not worth the candle ...

The bread is normal as usual.

A price of about 5,000 rubles is normal. Still, not 7-8 thousand, but the functions are the same.

See for yourself ....
Admin

For sourdough bread, I would use Programming for proofing for a longer time - but after proofing I would forcibly interrupt it and put it on baking.

That is, use programming for sourdough bread, combined with manual control.

Here you are right to look at everything according to the situation. You already have a hand full of the process, so I agree that programming is not always a panacea.

I also noticed that the crust is evenly baked on both sides and top. For the top, she is, in general, super rosy!

For me the price is 5000 rubles. does not mean anything. We do not have them on free sale in our city, only through online stores. The price there is about $ 100. That is, to make it clearer, if we compare it with all known Panasonic, then the price is 2-2.5 times lower.

Ie.again, follow the process and start baking at the time of maximum rise?

I also want to ask, the instructions do not say anything about using one bucket from two double ones. This model is good for me because you can bake small breads, otherwise my eaters ask for something fresh every time. At the same time, there are situations when a large roll is needed or a large quantity is needed for the dough, then a large bucket will be a lifesaver.

Is it possible to bake only one loaf of bread at a time? Or how can you combine breads?
Admin

RybkA, if I bake in the oven, I visually track the rise of the bread.
Optimal - at the second proofing of the dough must increase by 2-2.5 times. And how long it will take - it's personal to each bun, where an hour, where 1.5-2. But the dough will be of high quality, matured, and the bread will be the same
Of course, provided that everything is done correctly, and depends on the pledged products and other things.

Try to bake yourself in two versions - and you will see the difference

About two buckets.
I specially made bread in a bucket for 2 rolls. And she made two different breads - butter and simple - according to different recipes. (there is a photo, see in another topic Binaton)
The only condition is that the recipe must be selected so that the baking mode is one for two loaves.
It does not work out that one bread is ready, and the second needs to be baked, this is an automatic bread machine, and not an oven, where one bread was taken out, and the other should be baked.
I think you can bake both white and wheat-rye in one go on the Main Program. I'll try to do it - I'll post a photo.
And it seems to me that you can bake just one small bread.

In any case, this is a great option for home, when you can change the size of the loaf in a large bucket of 900 or 1100 grams. Or change the bucket to a double one and make two small breads of 500 grams in one go, and, moreover, completely different, and even on the timer for breakfast.
Such bread will go in one fell swoop - for breakfast and takeaway for sandwiches - enough for the whole family

There can be many questions - you need to try the oven
RybkA
I don't know exactly what topic to write on ...
In general, I compared the recipes for models 2169 and 2068.
It turned out that the recipes are the same, that is, the dosages calculated in 2169 for 900g and 1125g are identical to the recipes for model 2068 for 750g and 900g.
It can be a little confusing ... the number of ingredients for 900g and 750g are the same, only for different models.
How come?
Admin

And how to calculate the declared weight of the finished bread 450 grams, but I got it weighing 500 grams?

Is it really that much 750 or 900 grams?

And she weighed the finished bread according to the recipe of 900 grams, he also pulled more, per kilogram.

It all depends on the weight of the food, yeast, proofing and much more.

I compared the recipes for models 2169 and 2068.

They will be the same - the manufacturer is the same, the stoves differ only in design and the presence of buckets.
RybkA
It's just that everyone always counts the number of ingredients, if there are differences in the weight of the bread, but here it is 750g, which is the same for 900g. Does it mean that it is not so essential?
Admin

Materiality has nothing to do with it

An approximate guideline for the weight of the finished bread is given, and the amount of products that you need to lay for this is very convenient.

But, this is not a guarantee that you will get exactly the same number of kilograms of finished bread.
It is the same in other x \ n.

And then the weight of the finished bread is needed to set the temperature, crust color and baking time.

A loaf of 500 grams will be baked in less time (a little), and, accordingly, the temperature regime is needed less if you need a lighter crust, not brown. A loaf of 900, 1100 grams will be a slightly different mode.

Everything is in automatic mode in x \ n
Midnight espresso
And I have such a problem. I poured the ingredients into a double bowl. Delivered. In the morning I got up - the shoulder blade came off and it turned out to be bullshit (((Did anyone have this?
Admin

I can say that the scapula is very tightly attached at Binaton, it is difficult to remove it - apparently you initially put it in place badly.
Floris
Hello everyone! Help me decide on the bread maker I'm going to buy one of these days, but I'm still thinking about the model. I would like to clarify, in this bread maker it is possible to bake rye bread, make pizza dough and unleavened bread?
marinal
It is the function of rye in the binaton ovens that is not present, but there is a programming function, so I think it will not be difficult to make rye.
Reviews about the Binaton stoves are only positive, both about the quality of the bread and the build quality of the stove itself, which is why I decided to take the second stove exactly Binaton 2169, but they, as evil, are nowhere to be found and only 2068 are available. The difference is only in design and additional second bucket. And since I really can't wait to buy a second stove, I decided to take the one that is 2068, well, okay that there is no additional bucket, but it looks prettier

and the dough can be made in any oven where there is such a function, here it is.
Floris
Yes, indeed, not available ... I just saw it ... I just never baked bread, so I’m unlikely to be able to take and draw a program for rye bread like this. So I will have to buy Panasonic, especially since Binaton is not in stock ..
marinal
Availability: 2068

between binaton and panasonic in price it is simply an abyss if it does not bother you then ...
in fact, rye bread in the presence of gluten and dry sourdough turns out remarkably well on the "whole grain" program, this is what my Kenwood calls it, which is not much different from the "main" so I would not put big ones on the "rye" function. It's just that the Panasonic stove, according to reviews, is good in itself even without the rye function, but it is expensive
marinal
I have a Kenwood 250 very, very happy with my kuma 350 everything is exactly the same only from the outside I have a white one and she has a stainless steel. The bread bakes excellent .. if the problems were it was only my fault. And I want to buy a binaton because I feel that I need a second one bakes the second dough on dumplings kneads, onda bread another loaf
My Binaton will arrive on Monday and I will be happy

sazalexter - I bought it)! Technoshock for 3633! Yesterday I baked the first bread, it turned out not perfect, but very tasty!
The stove itself:
Bread maker Binatone BM-2169
Bread in the oven:

Bread immediately after extraction:
Bread maker Binatone BM-2169

On the left - plain white bread, its roof fell a little; on the right is egg bread, its crust is slightly cracked. But for the first time I think the bread is good!
Nevushka
Thank you!
Yesterday I baked charlotte according to the recipe from the video:
For 450g
1 egg
1/10 cup milk
1 tsp butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup grated apples
1 cup of nuts
1 and 1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Nutmeg, cinnamon, - 1/4 tsp each
Fast cooking program.

And in the second cell I baked a cake according to the recipe from the forum:
1 glass of sour cream
1 tbsp. Sahara,
2 eggs,
1.5 tbsp. flour,
1 teaspoon of baking soda, slaked with vinegar.

The ball was mixed and baked perfectly, and the cake had to be stirred, because after the first kneading, almost nothing was stirred (while the proofing was stirring with a spoon), after that it was stirred, rose and baked well.
I really liked the charlotte, although I usually do not like nuts in baked goods, and the cupcake turned out more like a butter biscuit.
In general, it's very convenient - two different recipes in one go!
I didn't have time to take a picture - they were pulled apart by hot pets

shadow
Hello everyone!
I also baked charlotte, although I did not take the recipe from the video, but from the Binaton recipe book (I have it in the kit).
Perfectly mixed and rose. Charlotte was instantly destroyed by her husband
Nevushka
shadow, could you scan a recipe book? I didn't have one in my kit

Dear bakers!

I'd like to see your bread recipes correctly designed, with photos and according to the rules of our forum - one recipe \ one topic and the section Yeast or sourdough bread.

This section is about the operation of bread makers and their problems.

Good day !

I also bought a Binatone 2169 oven - without recipes and instructions

I have a question for Nevushka

Is 1/10 cup of milk 20ml?
and on fast cooking should the button for setting the bread weight work?

During the baking process, a question arose whether the body and the lid should be heating up?
(I'm pretty seriously hot)
What temperature is shown on the display when the crust color is set?
is the display backlight temporary or should it be permanently lit?
(it goes out)

shadow
tan0607, instructions in PDF can be downloaded here: https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...t&task=blogcategory&id=66
tan0607

Yes, I downloaded the instructions for a long time, but just before that I baked 2 weeks on Mula 2000, I tried both Darnitsky and Sitny, everything is fine. and yesterday I bought Binatone and baked the first bread - the crust did not rise and put it on the middle one, so she fried it so it's a nightmare, so I thought maybe I'll try some problems in the oven today on a light crust ... (I baked in French mode 3)

Of course, I would like to buy a recipe book for Binatone, at least for a start while you get used to it ..

Good luck to all !
Nevushka
shadow thanks for the recipes! If you still upload it to another section, let me know otherwise I'm afraid to miss it.
tan0607 1/10 cup is 24 ml (240 cup), on the fast one the size does not change, on the middle crust on the main program I have 180 degrees, the time is 3:20, the backlight is temporary.
Recipes with instructions all work out - first fill your hand on them.
And Darnitsky from Fugasca is great!

Thanks for the information, now I'm at least calm for the stove.
And having changed a glass of 200 ml. and in recipes it turns out in cups, and not in gr., those recipes that in the instructions, judging by the ingredients, are not very suitable for us.
Now we are constantly eating Darnitsky from Fugaski - we like it very much, baked on the main one on a light crust - it turned out to be moderately fried.
Today I'm baking Sitny with the addition of rye flour - I'll try the Home program.

I tried charlotte and cornbread - it didn't seem tasty to me.

I will try further.

Owners tell me how many blades for kneading should be in the kit, I have three, two for a large shape and I think there should be two for separate blades in each, but I only have one of these, what is it? shortage or should it be?
tan0607
Quote: lomax

It seems we are starting to come to an understanding!

exactly

And I didn't say that there are two of them, I said that there should be two of them per shape, that is, one blade for each compartment, and I have only one for one compartment. That's where the dog rummaged.

Paste where to another form? unsuitable.

Two blades lower and longer for a large bucket and two blades higher and shorter for a double bucket, otherwise they will not wear because the thickness of the pins is different, you can see one blade is not enough ...

And the dough is kneaded, then with one spatula, then with the other, one spatula spins and the other winds - something like this

... Good day, bakers !!!!
I am writing to you with the following question: is it possible for this HP in the programmed mode to set the temperature 35-45 degrees for a while ???
The question is ripe due to the fact that I bought a yogurt maker Ariete ..and I'm not very happy, there is a lot of fiddling with jars, their necks are narrow and it is very inconvenient to wash them ... and so ... on this wonderful forum I read that some prepare yoghurts in HP with the possibility of programming ... is there such a miracle for
this HP model ?? I want to kill two birds with one stone ... do not load the kitchen with unnecessary household appliances ... so the idea arose to return the yogurt maker, to report money to Binatone 2169, and bake homemade bread in it .. and make yoghurts ??
Thanks in advance for your reply ....))
Nevushka
I just saw Temko ... I have 4 blades: two in a large shape and two in a double one. When I put the shoulder blades in a large shape, I try to keep them looking in one direction - it mixes better this way.
Nevushka
The temperature cannot be set. The program sets the time of 1 and 2 kneading, and 1.2 and 3 rises, and of baking, respectively.
lomax
Thank you all, I have already figured it out, the store promised to order the missing blade. So far I get along like this.
nadushkasv
I experienced several failures on my favorite bread maker, namely:

when I forgot to put sugar (and this also happens) - the bread turned out to be unleavened (chopped down with jam) and very light (sugar makes the crust brown),

suddenly the top began to fall off ... the eggs from the market turned out to be larger than the store ones, and due to excess moisture, a marriage turned out - I began to add one egg instead of two as in the recipe
- and everything is fine

so it turned out to be her own fault in all the jambs ... and the bread maker works well ...

but for some reason the vibration became large during kneading, the mold does not stand up so clearly, maybe there is a problem with the docking or the tongues have earned some money ... because I have been baking almost every day for the fifth month already ...

Why cheat yourself like that?
If you need 2 eggs according to the recipe, then we put 2 eggs without any doubt. And the difference in the liquid is regulated by the BOLT !!!!

The bread maker was created for us, and not we for her, so that she could bake bread under her recipes, and not a step to the side

Everyone will be fine
