Ingredients

Vegetable oil (I have rapeseed) 3 tbsp. l.
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Salt (I have stone) 2 tsp
Peeled rye flour 100 g
Wheat flour c. from. 475 g
Yeast SAF-Moment 1 tsp
Dill (fresh) 100 g
Granulated garlic 1/2 tsp

Cooking method

  • We put all the ingredients in the bread maker's bucket, except for garlic and dill. We set the program "white bread. After the signal about the need to add the ingredients, add chopped dill and garlic to the dough in a bucket. After the signal is ready, take out the bread and wrap it in a cotton towel and wait for it to cool completely."

Just based on your recipe, the cooking time is 3 hours 30 minutes, and you specified the program as "white bread"; I have for this time the "rye" mode is more suitable (there is also 3 hours 30 minutes - the cooking time, but there kneading is 10 minutes after the hourly temperature equalization), but in the "main" mode - 4 hours - the cooking time with half an hour kneading, - here I'm also interested, I want certainty.

I made it according to this recipe, although it turned out to be little flour for me, I added a good glass of coarse flour. Everything turned out great, tall as in the picture, only the roof was a little more beautiful, it tasted great.

I found instructions for the HP of the author of the recipe. There, the kneading time on "White bread" is 30 minutes. So on our Panas this is the menu item "1" Main
