unripe or green tomatoes 500g
sugar 500g
orange 0,5
lemon juice (if the orange is sweet) 1-2 tbsp. l.
ginger slice 10g
gelatin 1 tbsp. l. without slide
water 200ml
water for gelatin 100ml

Cooking method
