Rhubarb cake (Delfa DB-104708 bread maker)

Ingredients

egg 3 pcs
white sugar 200 g
salt 0.5 tsp
rhubarb 250 g
wheat flour of the 2nd grade 460 g
baking soda 1 tsp
butter 3 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Mix eggs, sugar, salt, butter in a separate container using a mixer until a homogeneous liquid mass.
  • Wash the rhubarb, peel and cut into 1-1.5 cm pieces.
  • Pour the mass of eggs, sugar, butter and salt into a bucket of a bread machine.
  • Add prepared rhubarb.
  • Add flour and baking soda.
  • Place the bucket in the bread maker, close the lid, start program 5 "Cake".
  • At the end of the cycle "2nd batch" - open the lid and gently scrape the sides of the bucket with a silicone spatula (the mixers spray the dough mass very tightly along the walls).
  • Close the lid and wait for the signal to finish baking.
  • Leave in the keep warm mode for another 20 minutes.
  • Remove carefully, let cool for 1.5 hours (I left it overnight).
  • Taste.
