Ingredients

Wheat flour 2.5 tbsp.
Butter 50g
Sour cream 250ml
Sweet apples 800g
Sugar 4 tbsp. l
Vanilla sugar 1 sachet
Cinnamon taste
Vegetable oil for baking

Cooking method

  • For those who like unsweetened pastries without eggs ... a very aromatic vertuta. So subtle aroma that you can not help imagining yourself in a French pastry shop.
  • So, we mix flour, sour cream, vanilla sugar, butter - knead the dough and put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
  • Cooking the filling: finely chop the apples, add 2.5 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar, mix well and leave for 20 minutes.

  • Divide the dough into 4-5 parts, roll each part into a thin rectangular layer. Put the apple filling on the wide edge of the layers, rolling it up. Sprinkle with cinnamon and the remaining sugar on top.

  • We bake the twirls in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil, for 30-40 minutes.

MariS, today I baked an apple twirl, very tasty and beautiful, everyone liked it. I replaced the sour cream with 4% ayran (like a very thick sour cream), it turned out 5 pieces, just on a baking sheet. Since I cannot insert a photo, I will describe in detail how I did it, maybe someone wants to repeat it.
The dough was rolled out to a size of 27x30cm. I mentally divided the sheet into 3 parts, rolled 10cm with a roller for a net, and made a roll with apples by 20cm, and then wrapped it in a straightened net. The side cuts were cut with a wavy roller. Greased with an egg, sprinkled with sugar 3 pcs and 2 pcs. sprinkled with cinnamon. A very nice view with a grid turned out.
