Ice cream Strawberry with cream without ice cream

Ingredients

Fresh strawberries 1 kg
Homemade cream 0.5 cups
Sugar 1 glass

Cooking method

  • Put all the ingredients in a deep bowl and turn into a homogeneous mass with a blender.
  • Pour into disposable cups and place in the freezer. When the mixture thickens a little, you can stick in the sticks. To easily separate the ice cream from the cup, you need to dip it in warm water for a few seconds.

Cool recipe - I will definitely do it!

We have such cream in sight, I wonder if we replace it with sour cream? or
But in any case, thanks !!!

Oh-oh-very appetizing. I often make a more "lightweight" version. Berries (in winter I take any frozen ones) + natural yogurt (usually natural "Activia") + honey to taste. It is also very tasty, healthy and not very high in calories.

Akimell, welcome to the forum!
You have a very tempting recipe too. we are some here: red: after several years at the Bread Maker, we are unsuccessfully trying to find a waist, probably we should try your version too

Akimell, I also wrote down your recipe as option 2. I will do it for the children at the dacha, otherwise I will read the composition of purchased ice cream like this. And here is the struggle with the harvest and the joy of children. (we have so many strawberries every year that we cannot look at them, and grandmother has already made me happy that there will be even more berries this year)
May @
Akimell, but you can find out how many berries and how much yogurt?

And here is the fight against the harvest
Lucky de people !!! Someone with the harvest of borets .. we are the current with the grass !!!
Akimell
Thank you all for your kind words.
May @, I usually do in small portions. 300 grams of berries (this is one package of frozen ones, and I don't defrost them, but I just throw them into the blender jar) and two small cups of yogurt (I think they are 125 grams each). Honey, as I said, to taste - I put 2 tablespoons, my husband likes a little sweeter, so he also pours honey on top.

Wow, it happens that people cannot erase strawberries? How I envy you not covered with WHITE envy! Let, let me see!
And the recipe has already been written in 2 versions. So thank you all!

As a child, my mother dreamed of eating plenty of strawberries, and when the dacha appeared, the first thing she did was to grow this wonderful berry, and several varieties from early to late. So, we eat it from the beginning of June to 10 July. Every day we collect in basins, so it quickly becomes boring, and my mother is offended that the whole berry is not eaten. We close a lot of compotes, jams, this year I want to try freezing in disposable forms. In the summer I will try to take pictures of our plantations and harvests!

Will there be icing? Maybe you need to add to the recipe, which should be removed from the freezer and stirred every 15 minutes?

Yes, exactly, exactly, there is such a feature. Completely flew out of my head. Only I mix it after about 30-40 minutes, if I make it from fresh berries. And if it's frozen, then I don't put it in the freezer at all: I beat it and immediately go to the hamster. It tastes like soft, delicate sherbet. Although children are more fond of icy, like popsicles. So it's a matter of taste.

I am not mixing anything. Mine smelled a little bit of ice when I thumped the strawberries right after I washed them. And you can add that after washing, it is advisable to leave the berries for a while so that the excess moisture in the glass. In general, it turns out as an improved version of the "Fruit" from childhood. By the way, this is the ice cream I tried Fugasca in our zoo last year, can confirm.

I confirm !!!!!
it was yummy !!!!

Let me clarify: homemade cream is the one that is liquid, like milk, and in the bazaar?
Or homemade sour cream?
Sometimes it is called differently ...

In our market, cream is like thick sour cream. In the refrigerator they freeze and become like butter in consistency.

How did I ask correctly !!!)))
The fact is that we in Chernivtsi are called differently: only recently I learned that the population
there is cream in two versions: sooooo thick bazaar sour cream (stand in the refrigerator - and almost butter, even cut with a knife !!!)
and a sooooo liquid substance (like whipping cream that is in packs), which is removed from milk very first and it is the fattest.
At the subsequent "standing" it begins to thicken, and if you heat it up and beat it with a mixer, then in general, butter comes out, how!
And what is used in your recipe is homemade separated sour cream !!!
Thanks for the comprehensive answer!

It's the cream after all. The population in Chernivtsi is cunning or "does not fumble" itself. Sour cream and cream are fundamentally different products in terms of production technology.

Unexpectedly received "royalties"! They treated a neighbor to this ice cream, told, showed. And yesterday she brought us a bowl of strawberries in gratitude. Says that the recipe made a splash in their summer cottage cooperative. The harvest this year is not bad and the problem of processing is acute. The sight of basins with strawberries among the children who occasionally come from the city causes dislike, and they are ready to eat ice cream in unlimited quantities. Many now bzhikayut, some in what way, some with cream, some with sour cream, some just like that. The main thing here is the idea.
Pilgrim73
Jefry, thank you for such delicious ice cream! Yesterday I made it with Petmol-35% cream. It turned out sooo tasty - such a delicate creamy berry taste and ice is not felt at all. Now I will always do this !!! Thanks for the idea!!!
Jefry
This year we have straight strawberry leaves. They sell it on every corner and the price is normal. And mine, as usual, demanded ice cream first!

Ice cream Strawberry with cream without ice cream

In the absence of homemade cream, I took 33% of the store, I can't compare, but it turned out to be a real delicious "Strawberry with cream"

We are now in full swing. I do double the rate at once. So at the most inopportune moment, the blender broke. I had to somehow get out: I mashed strawberries with sugar with a regular crush for mashed potatoes, and mixed the cream with a mixer. Dotsya said it was so cool too. "Strawberry chunks are felt."
