Ingredients

Whole grain wheat flour 200g.
Pressed yeast * 13d.
Water 200g.
Ghee butter 20g.
Molasses (liquid honey) 30g.
Powdered milk 20g.
Boiled potatoes 50g.
Peeled apple 50g.
Salt 1.5h l.

Cooking method

  • Boil potatoes in their uniforms, cool, peel, mash with a fork.
