I put in a tablespoon, I was afraid less, and according to the 8g recipe is it even less? And I also do not have wet yeast and I used saf-levure for one portion (I poured water over it), and saf-moment for the second. Tk did not know how many to replace, put about 3/4 of dry yeast, kneaded in a bread maker, I don't have a combine at my dacha, it was baked in the oven, the beauty was extraordinary. Thanks again!
