Fruit salad

Ingredients

Apple 1 PC
Pear 1 PC
Banana 1 PC
Orange 1 PC
Honey 2-3 st. l.
Cinnamon taste

Cooking method

  • Prepare the sauce. Cut the orange in half. Squeeze the juice out of the half. Add honey and cinnamon to the juice, mix well.
  • Wash and cut the apple and pear (you can pre-peel it).
  • Peel the banana and cut into slices.
  • Peel the remaining half of the orange and disassemble into slices, peeling off the white films.
  • Place the fruit in a marinator and pour over the sauce. Scroll through 1-2 cycles for 9 minutes.
  • Arrange in bowls and call the household to eat everything right there.
  • Bon Appetit!

Note

You can add any fruit to the salad: grapes (cut in half), kiwi (cut into large segments), tangerines, grapefruits, etc., etc.
You can skip the cinnamon.

In the absence of a marinator, simply pour the fruit over the sauce, mix gently and eat immediately

Fruit salad is such a simple dish, it seems, well, nothing to surprise. But, no, I have not tried such a combination of fruits and such a dressing!

And in vain did not try, I'll tell you! My daughter doesn't eat yogurt-filled fruit. And now orange juice with honey has become a great alternative. And tasty and healthy.

Well, very, very, very tasty! After the New Year's excesses, the soul asked for something light and this salad turned out to be just a salvation for my stomach. Thanks for the delicious and healthy recipe! Well, it just happened divinely with honey!

Ludmila, oh yes, you are right, after plentiful festive tables - this is exactly what the doctor ordered.
But we in that Last year we did a simpler thing: on New Year's Eve we had only champagne and fruit and some sweets on our table. The night passed merrily and easily.

but now it will be very idiocy difficult question: girls, do you squeeze juice from oranges? I don’t remember why, I needed juice from 1 orange, so I was tortured.
Zhivchik
The salad should be delicious. But you can't go without honey? Otherwise I don’t love him ...

Sveta, cut the orange in half. You stick a fork into the pulp and move in a circular motion from the center to the skin.

Sveta, Zhivchik has already answered. I also crush orange juice.
Tatyana, you can and without honey, if not all of it. You can season with yogurt, for example. Or add a little brown sugar to the orange juice, it will also be delicious. ...

Are grapefruits the same too?
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
Sveta, any citrus fruits can be pressed in this way.
