water 280ml

vegetable oil 25gr
fresh yeast 14gr

Cooking method

  • Kneading in HP, dough mode 2.20 min
  • Divide the dough into 12 equal parts, shape into buns and leave for 40 min, until the size doubles.
  • After that, in each bun, make a depression in the middle along the entire length with a thin wooden stick (I don't even know how to describe this correctly). Leave for another 5 minutes and bake at 220 degrees for 20 minutes.
