What a beautiful sunny pie! And the design is so funny, you will have to do the same, especially since there is puff pastry in the refrigerator.

Ilona, thank you very much for the recipe !!! Very nice pie, and dandelions ... are just as good! I am very happy with everything - it's good that I looked in in the morning - I got positive emotions for the whole day !!!
Marina, to your health! The mood is excellent, which means that the day will pass the same way and I will be pleased that my pie contributed a little bit

Marina, Melanyushka, Yaroslava, girls, I'm very glad that you liked it. Just like Yaroslava, I really love the filling with green onions and eggs. Pies fried in a frying pan turn out very tasty with this filling, mmm ... In my childhood, my mother always baked them in May) But with yeast pies there is not always time to mess around, but I want a pie. So puff pastry comes to the rescue at such moments, which is usually always in the freezer in a strategic "stock! And most importantly, everything turns out very quickly and simply

Girls, still baked the same, but on top of the onion filling she laid thin slices of young zucchini in a layer. It's delicious, try it!

Crochet
Ilonchik, and the dough is essentially yeast-free?

Is it really worse with yeast?

The freezer has both, I think which one to defrost?

And yet, I found a very similar pie onion with our Tanyusha, so Tatiana focuses on the fact that first we prepare the dough and only then we make the filling ...

Ilona, what do you say ?

Is your filling not leaking?
Ilona
Hello! Crochet, I saw that recipe too. I do this, first defrost the dough, and then, when it is almost ready, I beat the eggs, cut the onion, add what I like to it (I can add cheese, I can add cottage cheese, and different green tea. Very, just sooooo delicious with adding mushrooms, then pour over the whole mixture with beaten eggs and go to eat, but I can handle the dough very quickly.I just ramp one layer along the bottom of the mold and give an overlap on the sides, it's 2 minutes, the filling doesn't have time to flow. And then I cover with the second layer of dough and pinch, or I make the second layer with a mesh. and I also pinch the edge. But, if you are in doubt, then you can add eggs to the onion just before laying out the filling on the dough sheet.

And to take yeast or yeast-free is not particularly important. I just love yeast-free, that's all!

Ilona, would you add fresh or canned mushrooms?
Ilona
Marunichka, I had fresh ones, but in the absence of fresh ones, you can also canned ones.
