Bread maker Oursson BM1000JY - reviews, recipes, advice, discussion
Are there any lucky owners of this HP on the forum? I would like to hear first-hand feedback.
I personally find the model very interesting. Outwardly, it is very similar to the BBK bread machine, but it seems to have been discontinued. In addition to a bread machine, it can replace a toaster and yogurt maker. The price is quite attractive with this functionality. The only thing is that there is no mode for manual settings, only automatic ones.
Maribu
This stove was also very interested. I select candidates for the first bread maker for the "teapot". In the instructions (at the office. Site) there is a very detailed table, all programs are painted. Maybe the aces will appreciate her potential from this tablet?

I also noticed for the first time, although the name has long been heard because of the pressure cooker. Can anyone know whose brand this is? Assembly of course China? And most importantly - what kind of coverage, what is UNIQUENESS ???

I understand that there are no owners of this model on the Bread Maker yet. It's a pity. I would like to hear first-hand feedback. Just buy it yourself
lesyara
I choose with agony, I definitely need it. But there is not enough time to finally decide. Here's another cool Fritel, and Unold ...
lesyara
And Gelberk wants, and Stadler Form (if not confused names). How to quickly choose ...

Brand Russian, assembly China, fluoropolymer coating
lesyara
Well, and the hozzya is unique, otherwise we have fluoropolymer in the stoves across the river in the village ... Is Fritel also collected in China? So I like that there seem to be two additional bowls in the kit, you can knead in one all the time, and the others are only for baking, right?
Elena Bo
They are probably of different shapes? In what we knead, in such and bake. What's the point in kneading one, transferring to another and baking? Moreover, the program is automatic - first kneading, then proofing and baking.
lesyara
And here's another interesting - in China, only assembly, or are these buckets made and coated there? And what are the buckets themselves from?

Yes, it seems to be written simply - additional. I don’t remember exactly about the programs, I looked through a lot today and everything was confused in my head.
Elena Bo
Everything is done in China. And they collect, and the buckets are stamped and covered. Cheap labor.

I looked at model 1877, on the manufacturer's website and not only there - 2 extra. bowls. But programs are more suitable for me at Gelberk.

She, like my Binaton, has one large bucket and two small ones. Only my little ones are linked, but here in the photo there are two separate ones. But I understand the principle is the same. And the programs are essentially the same. Yes, and outwardly slightly resembles Binaton, only a little angular. There are practically no reviews - bad.

Yes, I've read a lot ... But this is not for a teapot ... Especially Zorusha, I will definitely never wiser before her. In general, I meant some decent coating, it's always Teflon - but it probably can be different. And they write everywhere the same - non-stick, Teflon.
OlgaU
I also chose a bread maker for a long time, but I decided to order this one, mainly because of the price ... I wanted bork, but the toad crushed it ... I'm waiting for the invoice ...
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
Oh, Olgaas you get, tell us about it. It is very interesting to hear first-hand feedback, lips, etc.
OlgaU
I will definitely tell and show ...I paid the bill yesterday, now I'm waiting for it to reach me
OlgaU
Hooray now with the Oursson bread maker and cartoon!
Yesterday I tried the "quick bread" program and it worked!
True, in the photo you can see that the mix is not very high quality (left) and the crust is not dark, although I put it on the swing, but I like it
🔗 🔗
lesyara
Congratulations! And I have no time to choose yet. Tell me, does it mean you can't bake bread with sourdough on it? And what is written about the coating - why is it unique? And they don't write the bucket material?
OlgaU
lesyara, Thank you!
You can easily bake with sourdough, why not?
The bucket is ordinary Teflon at first glance ... you need to look at the instructions ...
lesyara
I also meant not only the coating, the material of the bucket itself. I really like this oven, but there is no time to talk to the "starters", if the program is yeast-free is not specified - will it bake or not. And so this is a great option at such a ridiculous price. Here they wrote that the brand is Russian, and I clearly remember that I saw somewhere - Switzerland. Are there any smells from her?
OlgaU
The smell was at the very beginning of baking from the ten, but it passed quickly.
lesyara
well, good luck, the stove is really very seductive
lesyara
Something you do not write, how did your Ourson technique take root there? And odorless MV too? Do you have 5005?
OlgaU
Everything has taken root very well, the bread is baked, the cartoon puffs and does not smell at all, yeah, I have 5005.
Here is a photo of the first rye bread, the roof dropped a little, but it turned out delicious!
🔗
White bread and all its variations always turn out well! But I didn't like the "yogurt" program very much ... overheating t, there is definitely more than 40 degrees, but I have a yoghurt maker with a thermostat, so I don't suffer much
OlgaU
I like it more and more, the "yogurt" program is very useful for proving the dough, especially when I bake yeast-free with sourdough.

So, I just want to ask: did you personally hold this bread maker in your hands?

I had the opportunity to work with this bread maker on a weekend, baked wheat-rye-buckwheat bread in it.
The "rye" program IS, right on the face (scoreboard), and it can be baked on other similar programs, there is a Russian baker program on which you can bake this bread. The instructions and modes are well-written! Easy to operate! The weight is calculated for 500-1000 grams!

If I succeed in time, I will also try to test this x / oven, bake baguettes

Well, accurate as always!
Here, I attach quotes -
Russian baker programs

Rye-wheat will bake to the limit, and with rye, and even more so with rye custard, there will not be enough time.
Rye custard bread is real (almost forgotten taste). Baking methods and additives.
Separate program - Bakery products 10-60 minutes, which is also not enough without a Tambourine.
The rise time is of course with a margin, but rye can be easily raised in 60 minutes and kneaded in 15 minutes, but it is almost unrealistic to knead rye dough in 10 minutes, it remains only to jump around this bread machine for an additional 38 minutes, well, we have already talked about the Baking time.

There really is such a link in the instructions -
Key "RUSSIAN BAKER". Baking of RYE, CURDARY bread and KULICHEY (see recipes).
and the bread is like this -

"Rye with bran"
Size M XL
Water ml 430
Wheat flour g 225
Rye flour g 200
Rye bran l. 3
Salt tsp 1 1/2
Sugarst. sheet 1 1/2
Dry milk. l.2
The oil grows. Art. sheet 1 1/2
Dry yeast. l.2
Wheat-rye, respectively.
And for a long, long time to walk to 100% rye.

Now one thing is clear to me that it is too early for me to bake real rye. I am changing my task, I will look for a small HP for beginners.

I always have a question: what do you mean by "rye" bread?

Rye is a general concept of bread based on rye flour.
But rye bread is divided into:
- wheat-rye, where the content of rye flour is less than 50% of the total flour, and wheat flour is more than rye. This type of bread can be baked on the regular Wheatbread program with two proofings.
- rye-wheat bread, where the content of rye flour is higher than 50% by volume of flour and higher than the amount of wheat flour. Such bread is baked on the Rye program, with one proofing. And if there is no such program in the x / oven, you can combine two programs: knead the dough on the Dough program (with kneading and one proofing), and then switch to the Baking program - the bread will turn out good!
- pure rye bread, which consists of only one rye flour, which is very difficult to make, since rye flour does not contain its own gluten. And even 15% wheat flour is added to Borodino bread.

Therefore, there is no point in being afraid to bake "rye" bread - it's not scary! Start with simple, wheat-rye bread, like it, move on to rye-wheat, and so on ...

This also causes a "funny laugh" for me, when a person, without touching the thing with his hands, without seeing the display of the stove, without making a single bread in it, begins to giggle at others and condemn their actions
Levitan
Thank you Tatiana. All your Bread Basics topics are read and bookmarked. There are no problems with a wheat ball, I even encroached on a recipe with the addition of rye flour (successfully). But it seems to me that my bread maker is for a more experienced baker than me. Therefore, I look after what is simpler (although I will not part with Moulinex, I need it too). Since I am satisfied with the Orson multicooker, I hope that the bread maker of this company will be an easy helper for me.
Admin
Ira, I am still little familiar with this bread maker, they let me stand next to it. I already baked one bread machine, it turned out deliciously. If I can still pamper myself and bake something on the weekend, then I'll take a picture and post it here.

Since I have a Oursson pressure cooker, I was also interested in the bakery of this model, while there is an opportunity to play on it

So I don't need to touch a working stove.
What's there to look at, what kind of lid and paint?
The baking temperature is the same for all serviceable CPs,
all that remains is the recipe and the time to complete each operation, which is what I see,
and also the possibility of adjusting it (time) sometimes.
If this is not immediately clear to someone, then Pardon Mua, for this there is a language to ask.

Well, there is no need to glue labels that someone has condemned.
This is alien to me.

I may not have noticed, but is it somehow different from VVK NV 1003 V ??? Except for the price of course. Maybe a bucket is better? Well, just twins ...
Raven
Here is such infa - VVK is a high-quality Chinese basement ... I recently watched MV Oursson in the Online Trade showroom - I noticed that the 5005 model is absolutely odorless, and the cheaper ones are smelly even without heating. And if I am not mistaken, the consultant said that the 5005 is assembled in Korea, and the others are in China. It turns out that Oursson company places its orders anywhere, including in the "basements"?
sazalexter
Oursson is an ordinary Russian brand, like many others, it does not produce anything itself, orders from factories in China and Korea
Raven
So are these stoves really exactly the same, or did I not notice something?
Raven
And LG, too, not in their factories, but wherever they can be made? Yesterday I read about model 156 that the bucket is of very good quality and coverage.
