Ingredients

Fresh nettles 100 g
Water 100 g
Milk 100 g
Kefir 50
Vodka 1 tbsp. l.
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Salt 1 tsp
Oil sl. 30 g
Flour psh. 460 g
Dry yeast 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Young nettles, which are by no means blooming and growing far from roads, only take the tops.

  • At my home, scald with boiling water and wring out. Grind together with the liquid according to the recipe in a blender.

  • I knead the dough, along with all the ingredients in a bread maker.

  • After the second last kneading, I transfer it to a flour-sprinkled form, transfer it to the microwave and let the dough stand there according to the mode: 10-20 seconds at high power, 10 minutes of rest - and so on 4-5 times. The dough rises very high, more than doubling in size. I grease the top with an egg shaken up with water and bake for 10 minutes with steam in a heated to 220about oven and then another 40 minutes for 180about.
