Ingredients

medium potatoes 5 pieces.
eggs 5 pieces.
boiled sausage 400g
salad large bundle
green onions 8-10 stems
large fresh cucumber 4 things.

lemon acid 0.5 tsp
salt
water

Cooking method

  • fresh, sour, cold ... dream!

  • boil eggs hard-boiled, cut into cubes.
  • cut potatoes into 1 * 1cm cubes, fry in sunflower oil until golden brown, at the end of frying season with salt to taste. wait until it cools down.
  • Wash salad, cut into strips. chop the greens. finely chop the onion. cut cucumbers and boiled sausage into cubes max 0.7 * 0.7 cm.
  • dump everything in a saucepan. when everything is cut and put in a saucepan, pour 1.5 liters of kefir there, add salt and citric acid, and add water to the top of the pan. Mix everything and let it brew for 15 minutes more. Serve with sour cream.
