Casserole with cabbage and noodles (ARC pressure cooker)

Ingredients

Stewed cabbage with onions 300 g
Boiled vermicelli (any pasta) 400-500 gr
Eggs 2 pcs.
Milk 250 ml.
Salt, spices taste
Sour cream

Cooking method

  • I greased the saucepan of the pressure cooker with magragin and sprinkled it with bread crumbs.
  • I put half the horns on the bottom, then all the cabbage, then the remaining horns.
  • Beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper.
  • Poured cabbage with horns. My top layer did not close, so I smeared it with sour cream.
  • BAKE mode 25 minutes
  • Then let it cool slightly in a saucepan.
  • You can serve with sour cream, mayonnaise, who likes what.
  • Bon Appetit!

At that time I was in Poland and in the boarding house they often served vermicelli casserole with cabbage (they made it with fresh) for dinner. The first time I tried such a dish, I really liked it, it was tasty, satisfying !!!!
In the homeland at that time there were empty shelves of shops ... with seaweed and egg noodles ..
Arriving home, I made this casserole a couple of times, only the people laughed at me and said, how you can eat it, cabbage and noodles)))
and there were no cartoons then, cabbage, I remember separately slightly stewing, boiled noodles, then mixed and in the oven ...
