Sushi ball

Ingredients

Minced meat (from any meat) 400 g
Sushi rice 2 multi glasses
Apple cider vinegar 3.5 tbsp. l.
Salt 0.5 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp. l. without slide
Favorite greens (I have green onions) 2 bundles
Flour 5 tbsp. l.
Egg 3 pcs.
Spiced breadcrumbs 5 tbsp. l.
Water with vinegar (for wetting hands)
Frying oil 200 gr.

Cooking method

  • I wrote this recipe on a napkin 10 years ago, when I was visiting a classmate who rented a room with a Chinese girl of Russian origin. They competed against each other in the culinary arts and finally, combining an unknown number of recipes into one, they prepared IT. Naturally, we did not sell rice for sushi then, the recipe was ordinary, but since now it can be bought, I replaced it with a special one. So:
  • Cooking rice. Pour 2 multi-glasses of rice with 2 multi-glasses of water. Cover with a lid, let it boil, add heat for 1 minute, then reduce to a minimum and cook for 10 minutes. Turn it off and let it brew for another 10 minutes (ripen). At this time, to 3.5 tbsp. l. apple cider vinegar add salt and sugar, dissolve. Pour into rice, stir and cover with a wet napkin. • From the minced meat we form meatballs the size of an egg yolk. We stick rice on top, constantly wetting our hands in water with table vinegar. Then roll in flour, egg, breadcrumbs and fry in a large amount of butter. It is possible in a deep fryer.

  • Serve with soy sauce. Although you can not with soy)))

6 servings

Time for preparing:

Cooking program:

Note

I admit that the recipe is similar to Natusik's Arancini recipe. But there are many differences here. Minced meat is taken raw, there is no cheese, tomato paste, etc. Accordingly, the taste is completely different. But if the moderators consider the recipe licked, I will delete it without offense.

Axioma
NatusyaD! I love these rice balls with miso soup! Unique! 🔗
I would also like to know what it is multiglass?
Summer resident
A multicooker is a glass from a multicooker. But even in the absence of such, it can be assumed that 1 volume of rice is cooked in 2 volumes of water
NatusyaD
Summer resident, thank you for answering while I was away, I didn't think that not everyone has a multicooker Only this recipe cooks rice 1 to 1, because then it will still need to be fried, then it will come to readiness ...

AXIOMA, and where can you see your recipe for miso soup? I, frankly, only heard about this soup, but never cooked it. Now, if you poked me into the recipe, then I might have dared.
Rina
multi-glass (a measuring cup from a multicooker, rice cooker, pressure cooker, etc.) is 180 ml. Glasses may vary slightly in volume.
Feofania
super!
Axioma
Summer resident, NatusyaD, Rina! Thanks for the clarification, I was most worried about the correctness of the rice in GRAMS! Now everything became clear ...

Nice, but the arancini come unasked for memory.
I understand that is why I made a note at the end. It was the arancini who reminded me of this recipe, which, I confess, I have never made during all this time.
