Ingredients

Rice 400g
eggs 3 pcs
parmesan cheese 100g
flour 4 tbsp. l.
salt taste
butter 70 g
vegetable oil for frying 400ml
Filling:
minced meat (pork + beef) 300g
onion 1 PC
tomato paste 2 tbsp. l.
granulated sugar pinch
grated parmesan 6 tbsp. l.
vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp. l.
chopped parsley 2 tbsp. l.
water 0.75 cups
ground black pepper and salt taste

Cooking method

  • For the filling, cut the onion into cubes and fry in oil for 5 minutes.
  • Add minced meat to the onion, pour in water and bring to a boil, constantly kneading the minced meat lumps.
  • Season with salt and pepper, add sugar and tomato paste. Stir and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.
  • Put parsley in a pan with meat and heat for another minute. Then remove from heat and stir with grated cheese.

  • Boil rice until tender, mix with butter and grated cheese. Add the beaten egg and mix well.
