Ingredients

water / milk (about 50 degrees C) 200 ml
egg 1 PC.
vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
salt 1 tsp
sugar 2 tbsp. l.
wheat flour 2 measuring cups
dry yeast 3 tsp

Cooking method

  • We put all the ingredients in the bucket in the sequence and how they are listed from top to bottom.
  • As a measuring glass, I do not use the mark on the glass with the inscription "1", but pour flour to the top of the glass (under the knife).
  • I set the mode "6" - super-fast bread preparation.
  • When kneading, I always help with a spatula, BUT it is important to try not to release heat, since the batch is heated.
  • After baking (58 minutes) I leave it in the default heating mode for some time.

Based on the size of your glass, about 360-460 grams of flour was taken (up to the mark, or under the knife). As you can see, the spread of flour here / there is large!
You took about 280 ml of liquid. - for the above volumes of flour, 250 and 300-315 ml are required. The spread is also large!
Therefore, it is very desirable to indicate in the recipe how much volume of the measured glass you use (by the last mark or under the knife)
Yeast for superfast bread is 3 tsp. against 1-1.5 tsp. in normal Main mode.

Now about the baking mode.
For mixing, 15 minutes is enough.

For lifting, 8 minutes is not enough at all, this is just a dough for the development of gluten - during these 8 minutes the dough did not move from its place in the direction of the rise, even with heating.

Baking 35 minutes. Perhaps the bread was baked during this time, but there is a risk that it was not baked, and therefore lay on the heating for another hour.
The volume of flour is 360-460 grams, this is still a large volume, and it takes much more time for such an amount of dough for baking, about 50-70 minutes.

Basically, you baked bread like a cupcake!
And such bread rose due to a lethal dose of yeast! The dough that did not ferment with such bread, since it did not have proofs, immediately baked goods. And the crust has not formed at all, colorless, the sides have just begun to acquire color.

This is not for everybody.
It's a pity you don't give a photo of the bread in a cut - I would like to look at the crumb.

Now try to bake this bread on the BASIC mode, I hope you will enjoy the taste more. Just put less yeast.
