Apple pie with butter cream (multicooker Aurora)

Ingredients

flour 200 grams
soft oil 100g
yolks in dough 3 pieces
yolks in cream 2 pieces
egg in cream 1 piece
sugar in dough 100g
sugar in cream 50 grams
sour cream in dough 1 tbsp. l.
cream fat in cream 150 grams
vanillin or vanilla sugar in dough and cream taste
lemon zest 1 tbsp. l.
baking powder 1.5 tsp.
apples 3 pieces

Cooking method

  • Knead the dough from the offered products. We knead quickly. The dough is soft. We put it in a mold, make sides, put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Peel the apples, cut them in half, cut out the core. We cut the halves of the apples, but not completely.
  • We mix cream products (cream, egg, yolks, sugar and vanillin). Whisk lightly.
  • We take out the saucepan with the dough from the refrigerator, put the halves of the apples and fill with cream.
  • We bake for 85 minutes.

At the bottom of the saucepan, I laid a circle of paper and passed the strips out of it under the bottom so that it was convenient to remove the cake, since the cream is soft and will fall out when the saucepan is turned over. I greased the sides of the saucepan.
The cake is very tender and melts in the mouth. The taste is creamy. I used to bake it with margarine, but today I tried it with butter. The taste is much better. Try it! You will not regret.
