Chicken liver hot appetizer

Ingredients

Chicken liver 250 g
Bulb onions 2 heads
Butter 2 tbsp. spoons
Sour cream 2 tbsp. l.
Grated hard cheese 2 tbsp. l.
Flour 1 tbsp. l.
Ground black pepper and salt taste

Cooking method

  • 1. Cut liver and onion into cubes and fry in oil. I added a little vegetable oil when frying.
  • 2. Add flour, salt, pepper, mix.
  • 3. Place in molds. Drizzle with sour cream, sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven until golden brown at 180 C.
  • 4. Serve hot.

The recipe was taken from some book, I have kept a copy of the page for a long time, but I don’t remember where.
The dish is prepared simply and quickly. It turns out very delicate liver! ... I did it from rabbit - also great!
