Meat rolls with pear

Ingredients

steak (soft meat) 2 pieces of 150-200 grams each (pork, chicken, turkey)
fresh pear 1 PC. solid
parmesan cheese 30 grams
white semi-sweet table wine 120 ml.
cognac 1 tbsp. l.
a mixture of butter and vegetable oil 1-1.5 tbsp. l. (used ghee)
wheat flour for deboning rolls
salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Free the meat from the veins, beat off to a thin layer. Season with salt and pepper to taste, leave to marinate a little.
  • Cut the pear into 4 pieces. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

  • Spread the meat in a layer, sprinkle with grated cheese, put a 1/4 piece of pear, sprinkle with cheese, and roll a roll from the layer, stab the edge with a knitting needle.
