Marinated fish snack in tomato sauce

Ingredients

Fish fillet 1 kg
carrot 300 g
onion 300 g
lemon 1 PC
salt, pepper, spices to taste
vegetable oil for frying
lemon zest c1 pc
tomato paste 4 tablespoons
Greens 3-4 branches
garlic 5-6 teeth

Cooking method

  • Rinse the fish, cut into portions. Fry the fish on 2 sides for 2 minutes on each side. Grate the carrots, cut the onion into half rings and fry until golden brown. Add tomato paste and a little water - so that the paste takes on a liquid consistency, add salt, pepper, fish seasoning, lemon zest and juice of one lemon, let it all boil. Put the fish in 1 layer in a separate frying pan with high sides (pour 0.5 cups of water on the bottom beforehand) and cover the fish with filling. Lay out whole sprigs of herbs (dill, parsley, celery), whole chives. Bring everything to a boil over low heat and simmer for another 5 minutes, under a closed lid. Then let the fish cool, remove the garlic and herbs, put on a dish, you can sprinkle with herbs. Serve cold. The fish is tender with a spicy sauce and taste! Bon Appetit!

Note

I didn't have a fillet, I cut the carp into 4-5 cm pieces.
