Marinated pike perch in wine (Brand 37502)

Ingredients

Gutted pike perch 1 kg
Bulb onions 4 things.
Garlic 2 tooth.
Dry white wine 400 ml
Water 200 ml
Bay leaf 3 pcs.
Salt pepper taste
Vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method

  • Cut pike perch (I have 2 small ones) into portions. Season with salt and pepper and leave for at least 30 minutes. I leave it in a vacuum container overnight.
  • Cut 2 onions into rings. Fry in vegetable oil on the Baking mode until transparent for 5 minutes.
  • Add chopped garlic, wine, water, lavrushka, salt and pepper. Stew for 10 minutes.
  • Add fish. Top with 2 onions cut into rings. Extinguishing mode 1 hour.
  • Recommended to serve the next day.
