Ingredients

Yeast 1.5 tsp.
Wheat flour 1.5 cups
Whole wheat flour 1 glass
Rye flour 0.5 cups
Bran 3 tbsp. l.
Olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
Honey 1. tsp.
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Water 1 glass.

Cooking method

  • Dissolve the yeast in warm water (2-3 tbsp. L.), Add honey and let rise for 10 minutes. Sift the flour (after sifting the whole grain flour, add everything that remains in the sieve to the dough), add the bran (I have a mixture of 3 types of bran from Myllyn Paras, but you can use any). Add salt, olive oil, yeast to a glass of warm water, stir well. Knead the dough, put in a bowl, cover with a towel and leave to rise for an hour. Then put the multicooker on heating for 10-15 minutes. Knead the dough well. Turn off the multicooker heating, put the dough in the multicooker bowl. Leave the multicooker open, but cover the bowl with a towel.
  • After about 40-60 minutes, you can bake the bread. Bake for 60 minutes, turn over and 20 minutes more.

To avoid any doubts, I want to say that the recipe is mine. For those who love healthy food, bread is very good. You can add sesame seeds or any herbs to taste.

The bread is delicious, I sometimes add 2-3 tablespoons of different flakes to the dough. I bake it in the oven, although it turns out fluffier in the cartoon.
