Ilona, what a handsome man! Oh, I smell ... and taste! I take it to my place to try it - thanks for the recipe!
But I don't have sourdough and I haven't baked with it yet. Yeast won't spoil the taste and aroma, will it?
Ilona
Marin, you are always welcome. Well, I don’t know how about it will be spoiled or not, but of course sourdough bread differs from yeast bread in both aroma and structure and taste
MariS
Elon, how seductively you tell ... We'll have to master the leaven.
Ilona
Duc, well ... I recommend it to everyone for a long time - it's worth it! On Tuesday, at the 2nd work, I brought bread (which is "fluffy with sourdough"), everyone was just delighted, I did not even expect such a reaction. So the girls greeted me today with the words: "Did you bring some bread?" And I brought them just "Spring mood" and "Fragrant". All - struck on the spot They did not believe that bread can turn out so tasty in the oven that CP is not necessary. They offered me to bake bread for them to order
Imagine this picture. I go to work with a cart of bread
Merri
Ilona, how can we weave such beauty? And, please tell me, sourdough bread does not crumble as it gets stale?

Irina, there are many ways to weave, the one that is generally elementary here: , and does not crumble from crumble.

Thank you, Ilonochka, for watching! Everything ingenious is simple!

That's for sure, the main thing is not to pass, but to try
Tasha
Ilona, what bread ... it's a pity I don't have a bread machine ... I bake and do everything, except bread ... I'm afraid for some reason.
Ilona
Oh, Natasha! For bread, HP is not required! It's even better in the oven! I bake it in the oven, then in the HP. It's just that in HP, a lazier version is obtained. And there is no need to be afraid, you will master everything! Golden pens I also didn’t bake anything and everything was always tasty for everyone, but I suffered with bread so that it would turn out (and even more so with sourdough). There was no limit to my surprise: "Well, how is that? I bake cakes, bake cookies, pies, etc., etc. ... but bread, just bread doesn't work !!! ???" But, then she calmed down, set herself a goal and began to calmly study everything + the girls on the forum helped. Without our forum, I do not know when I would start to get it right! But now I have unequivocal respect for bread and bakers and I understand that bread is the head of everything! Throwing away the half-eaten crusts - the hand does not rise, if something has not been eaten because of my abundance of newly appearing breads and pies, then we carry everything to the birds! In the trash no, no!
Tasha
That's it! I felt that everything was not so simple ... that's why I always postpone the whole thing ... Just about, I think, I'll do it ... first I need to figure it out ... because I want real, living bread ... I think that if I do this, then we will abandon the purchased one ... You were glad that HP is not required ... But she does have some advantages ... does she knead the dough well?
French leaven - what kind of beast?
Ilona
It kneads, of course, but for this I would not buy HP if there is a kneader, because it is still necessary to control the process on rye dough, for example, it is difficult for her to cope and has to help her with a spatula throwing flour off the edges onto the shoulder blades. And the advantages of HP are in the fact that you can leave it in the warmth for proofing (it heats it up a little by itself), and can do it.

There is not only a Frenchwoman there!
Tasha
Oh, how, the dough mixer flashed before my eyes ... And what, there are home dough mixers? I want to!

Ilona, thank you very much for the tips. I'll go, a little later, read it !!!
Ilona
well ... now add it to that burner list! Well this is definitely better than cosmetics!
Tasha
I already successfully use the burner .... but about the dough, I didn't know that there were homemade ones. Where to read about him?
