Ramen soup from the movie The Ramen Girl (2008)

Ingredients

for broth:
pork bones with meat 500 gr.
ginger root from a matchbox
whole onion 1 medium
garlic 5-6 teeth
for pork chasu:
pork neck pulp 1 kg
some vegetable oil
soy sauce 120 ml.
sake (I used vodka) 2-3 st. l.
sugar 1.5 tsp.
garlic 3 teeth
bulb 1 medium
fresh ginger 7 cm
Ramen noodles (I used round, ready-made long) 200 gr.
eggs boiled in a steep pickle in 2 tbsp. l. soy sauce) 2 pcs.

Cooking method

  • "Killed" by her boyfriend's betrayal, Abby herself could not explain how she ended up in Tokyo. Lonely and lost in a strange city, she is in no hurry to return home. New vivid impressions will help numb the pain of betrayal and start life from scratch. Having nothing to do, Abby gets a job at a restaurant where guests are offered to taste the finest ramen soup.
  • Seeing the magical effect this soup has on visitors, she dreams of learning the art of making this soup. She begs the brilliant sushi chef, explosive and tyrannical Japanese, to take her as a student. A capricious Japanese man makes fun of Abby, but will reveal to her the main secret: the main ingredient of the soup is a whole universe of feelings, presented by the chef to each visitor.

let me dilute your company Natasha

I watched at night, not from the beginning, I just turned on the TV and could not tear myself away ... An excellent film about how food can heal the soul and body, help to find true friends and love, instead of lost illusions

Natapit, as always . Your cooking is not just cooking, but a story of beauty, taste and the ability to enjoy. (in short - high relationship with products)
natapit

Thanks for the recipe!

Tried such noodles with my husband in a Japanese restaurant in Singapore, I wanted to make it at home. What can I say - quite laborious (special thanks for the photos of the process) and very tasty, although not quite "the same". Yes, I also, as Gasha advised, added mushrooms and they came to the place.
natapit
Thank you! I can't say that I ate "THAT SAMO", but I think that it is akin to our borscht - each "village" has its own recipe and taste!
