Sponge cake with pears in a Panasonic multicooker

Ingredients

Wheat flour 2 tbsp.
(250 ml)
Salt pinch
Sugar 6 tbsp. l.
Egg 6 pcs.
Vanilla
Filling:
Small pears 2 pcs.
For decoration:
Pear 2 pcs.
Abricosca 1 PC.
Jelly for cake 1 pack.

Cooking method

  • I did it in a small cartoon.
  • Divide the eggs into yolks and whites. Grind the yolks with 1 tablespoon of sugar until the mixture turns white. 5-8 minutes with a spoon.
  • Beat the whites (I use a mixer) for 3 minutes with a pinch of salt, until they become foam. Then beat, gradually adding sugar in portions. Minutes 10-12. Proteins get tough.
  • Mix the yolks and whites with a spoon (not a mixer), then gradually stir in the flour in a quarter of a glass with a spoon, carefully, in a circular motion.
  • Do not be too lazy to sift flour through a sieve, this will provide you with a high rise of the biscuit.
  • Lubricate the saucepan with multi-rast oil refined.
  • We spread a third of the dough, sprinkle on top with pieces of pear, cut into cubes, then more dough and again pears and last time dough and pears.
  • If it turned out unevenly, it's not scary, then everything will even out during baking.
  • Baking 60 min + 20. Do not open the lid while baking.
  • MY RECOMMENDATIONS
  • 6 eggs is the maximum for a small multi. You can bake 3 eggs by cutting the amount of flour and sugar by half.
  • Garnish to your liking with chopped fresh pears.
  • It is very nice to use clear jelly for cakes, but I did not and I used red.
