Ingredients

Meat (beef, pork) 400 gr.
Beef liver 300 gr.
Light beef 150 gr.
Beef heart 300 g
Round rice 0.5 tbsp.
Onion 1 kg.
Garlic 4 cloves

Cooking method

  • 1. Rinse the meat products, cut into large pieces (with a fist), put everything in the saucepan of the pressure cooker,
  • fill with water to the maximum possible mark
  • 2. Close the lid, mode SOUP 30 min. At this time, chop the onion finely, rinse the rice.
  • 3. After finishing, open the bypass valve, carefully bleed the air, open the lid.
  • We take out the finished offal, meat, cut into small pieces and send back to the broth.
  • 4. Add onion, rice, salt. We close, put on the mode SOUP 20 min.
  • 5. At the end of the program, open it, add the crushed garlic.
