Easter lamb (another design idea)

Ingredients

Wheat flour 500 g
Fresh yeast 11 g
Sugar 150 g
Vanillin 1 pack
Zest from one lemon
Salt 1/2 tsp
Egg 1 PC.
Softened butter 100 g
Warm milk 200 ml

Cooking method

  • Prepare yeast dough in HP (who is against, you can use your hands). Put the finished dough on baking paper, smooth out with a layer of 1 cm, cut out a lamb figurine using a stencil, sprinkle the lamb's body with sprinkles (50 g butter or vegetable oil, 50 g sugar, grind 50-70 g flour until crumbly). Make a lamb's eye from a piece of dough, press an eye out of raisins or almonds well into the dough. Carefully transfer the lamb together with the paper onto a baking sheet, grease the unspotted parts of the lamb with an egg-milk mixture and place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 180-175 ° C for 25-30 minutes, until the figurine's legs and muzzle are browned. More or less like this:
