Ingredients

Round grain white rice 200 g
Black beans 200 g
Chicken egg 2 pcs.
Olive oil 3 tbsp. l.
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Carrot 1 PC.
Celery stalks 1 PC.
Fresh red pepper 1/2 pcs.
Orange juice 100 ml.
Hot red pepper 0.25 tsp
Salt taste
Ground paprika 1 tsp
Garlic 2 teeth
Greens taste

Cooking method

  • Wash black beans, soak for 1 hour or more.
  • Then put in the bowl of the pressure cooker, add the onion, peeled and cut into four parts, carrots, celery stalk and bay leaf, peeled and cut into large circles, pour water to cover the food, and put on the "Legumes" program - 30 minutes by default.
  • When the pressure is released, we take it out, filter it, discard the onion, carrot and celery.
  • Pour 3 tbsp into the pressure cooker bowl. l. olive oil, put half of the red pepper cut into cubes, beans, crushed garlic, pour in 100 ml of orange juice, add paprika, hot red pepper, add salt and put the Vegetables mode on the "Fry" program - 15 minutes. Stir twice during cooking.
  • Cook white rice and eggs separately until tender.
  • Then put the rice on the dish with a slide, beans around.
  • You can decorate with herbs.
