Wow! I made mayonnaise, to which I added garlic and dill (homemade), did not even know that it was called "Lebanese garlic Tum sauce"
True, I, nevertheless, put less garlic there ...

so it is even easier to do it all !!! buy everything in powders: dried garlic, egg white powder, citric acid, salt ... throw everything into a blender and add only oil !!!
and calmly expose it as a separate recipe one more time !!!
and so in a week that would have typed only one LEBANIAN garlic paste in different cooking variations !!! class
Medusa
Laconic and not pretentious, and most importantly - extremely bactericidal!
There will be a booze - I will definitely reproduce it.
It will be interesting to experiment and play lightly salted herring in such a filling.
And my snack will have the callsigns tum-herring!

Masha, just with bread - delicious!

Specially registered. Tum is a really delicious sauce. If it turned out, then it should be airy in consistency and have nothing to do with mayonnaise. It goes well with barbecue, grilled meat. Excellent dip for vegetables. And the recipe is very correct.
MariV
Evri4ka, Thank you. what they recalled! And then I myself have forgotten. It will have to be done.
