I did homemade that year, but it looks more like melted, but I want it, like grannies in the markets sell cheese with herbs. Can someone teach?

Suluguni flashed here, but I haven't posted the recipe yet. I think that for the clarity of the processes it is necessary to make more pictures. With cheese it is better to see once, so as not to break your head "is it? Is it not?"

These sweets, Katerina, from Jewish cuisine
And it looks like, yes, to kozinaki (Georgian cuisine) or to roasted nuts (French cuisine)

Of course, you can also use white sugar! I think that you need to put it a little less, otherwise your teeth will be reduced from sweetness, but nothing will stick together

Maymunitsa ...

Z. Y. No, really ... let us go all the way to the end without it) Find out how the bakers were tempered! But now all the tricky recipes - ugh !!! They figure it out with a bang after that roof-stretcher!

And what am I talking about! Well, I did not less than half of it myself! And I'm calm for sweets, don't feed me bread, give me a piece of meat (something got confused ..)

It turned out fly away! Marina, you even cut right, unlike me. I was too small not to bite, but to immediately throw it into my mouth
Twist
The first time I also cut, like yours. But then I realized that the size is too small for my eaters. The husband says - the hand gets tired of traveling between the plate and the mouth.
