Ingredients

flour 300g
sugar (or sugar powder) 150g
butter (margarine) 100g
egg 1 PC.
baking powder 2 tsp
vanilla sugar 10g
sour cream 2 tbsp. l.
Filling
large apples 5 pieces
semolina 2-3 st. l.
cinnamon 1-2 tsp
sugar 2-3 st. l.

Cooking method

  • I have a peculiarity of collecting recipes from different packages (from baking powder, sugar, pudding, etc.). This time I was interested in a recipe on Polish packaging called "Apple". I translated, prepared, - the recipe turned out to be very successful, so I am happy to share with you!
  • Mix all ingredients for the dough. Form a ball and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Wash, peel and coarse apples. Squeeze out excess juice and add the remaining filling ingredients.
  • Grease the springform pan with butter, put out 2/3 of the chilled dough, form the sides approx. 3 cm. Put the apple filling on top of the dough. Grate the rest of the dough over the apples. Bake at 190 * approx. 50 minutes.

Note

I used a ready-made mixture to "stabilize" the filling (you guessed it from the recipe on the back), but its composition corresponds to the ingredients I indicated in the recipe.
