Pork ribs with Khmeli-Suneli (Brand 6050 pressure cooker)

Ingredients

Pork Ribs about 1300gr.
Carrot 1 PC.
Onion 1-2 pcs.
Khmeli-Suneli 0.5 tsp
Salt taste
Peppercorns 2 pcs.
Bay leaf 1 PC.
Garlic 2 teeth
Olive oil

Cooking method

  • Wash the ribs, dry, cut in portions. Fold the ribs into a deep bowl, season with salt and pepper, add hops-suneli and leave to infuse for 20-30 minutes.
  • Peel the onions and carrots. Cut the onion into quarters, cut the carrots into large rings.
  • Pour OM into the bowl of the pressure cooker (~ 1 tablespoon). Set the "Fry-Meat" time by default. Put ribs in a heated bowl and fry. (It took me 18 minutes due to the large amount of time.)
  • Then add carrots, onions, garlic, crushed with a knife, peas and bay leaves. Pour in 1 tbsp. l. water. Set the "Meat" mode for 20 minutes under pressure. Cook until beep. Serve with any side dish.

HMELI-SUNELI - dry seasoning, which is a mixture of herbs and spices (dill, parsley, coriander, dry bay leaf, caraway seeds, red ground pepper) with salt. Has a special piquant taste and aroma. It is used to improve the taste of meat, fish and vegetable first and second courses. It is added 5 minutes before readiness or directly into ready-made meals before use. Seasoning is made in Georgia. Store it in a cool dry place.
