Shchi in the ARC pressure cooker

Ingredients

Meat on the bone 1 kg
Cabbage 0,4 kg
Onion 2-3 pcs.
Carrot 2 pcs.
Potatoes 4-5 pcs.
Rast. oil 3 tbsp. l.
Water 3 l
Salt, spices, herbs taste

Cooking method

  • Rinse the meat on the bone, put in a saucepan of the pressure cooker, add water.
  • Close, set "Soup" mode, time 25 min., (if the meat is frozen, then 30 min.)
  • While the meat is being cooked, clean the vegetables, chop the cabbage into strips, cut the potatoes into cubes,
  • onion in cubes, grate carrots.
  • In a frying pan, sauté onions and carrots in vegetable oil.
  • If you don't like frying, you can skip it.
  • After the end of the program, open the bypass valve, bleed the air.
  • From the lid and sides of the saucepan, collect the foam from the meat, lay the vegetables, salt.
  • We close the lid, "Soup" mode 20-25 minutes depending on the softness of the cabbage.

It would seem that cabbage soup is like cabbage soup, what's so difficult, BUT ..
The soup turns out to be very rich, delicious, like from a Russian stove.
My husband is very fussy about soups. He grew up in the village and "stove soup" is a standard for him.
Previously (before buying SV) he ate my soups of course, but without much enthusiasm.
The first time he tasted this soup he said - THIS IS THE THING !!!!
