Yeast pie Nonsweet with any filling

Ingredients

Wheat flour 300 g
Milk 250 ml
Salt 3/4 tsp
Butter 40 g
Rast. oil 1 tbsp. l.
(dimensional)
Dry yeast 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Everything is in HP, milk is preheated with butter in a microwave oven, "Pizza" mode.
  • Grease the multi saucepan with vegetable oil, and put 2/3 of the dough there, then any unsweetened filling (I did this: while the dough was stirring, I switched on the "Baking" mode and fried / stewed one finely chopped chop + one chicken breast + onion, the process lasted no more than 10 minutes, then chopped the filling with a cut + salt + pepper + juice remaining from frying). Roll out the remaining dough with a rolling pin, cover the filling, tucking the edges of the top under the bottom layer. prick with a fork and brush on top with vegetable oil. Baking mode 65 min. At the end, turn the pie upside down and bake for another 20 minutes.

Note

Py. Sy. Girls, believe me, the filling in this pie is not important, it turns out soooo delicious dough ..... !!!! Try it!

Py. Py. Sy. The calculation is given for a "small" cartoon.

Thanks to you, my family had a delicious cabbage and mushroom pie today !!! Thank you dear for the recipe !!! It is a pity that I have not seen it before ... According to the homemade dough is really amazingly tasty, but in combination with the cabbage and mushroom filling, it is so in general !!! True, I baked a pie in the oven ... it's cold at home, and then there was a reason to turn on the oven, at the same time and warmed up ... But I cooked the filling completely in a slow cooker (stewed / fried), very convenient!

P.S.The dough was kneaded in HP. I put it in the refrigerator at night. Kneading a double portion.

Crumb, what a beauty! Looking at your cake, I want to bake myself! Wait tomorrow with a report. We kneaded the crumb-dough and put it in the hall overnight, came up in the morning and baked it? So?
Cat, thanks for the recipe

Thank you very much for your kind words in my address the address of my pie!
The dough, yeah, kneads and immediately put it in the refrigerator, I put it right in the bucket, covering it with a plastic "cap". In the morning I returned the bucket to the HP, turned on the kneading for 5 minutes, then formed a cake, let it distance (it stood for 40 minutes) and into the oven. Good luck with your pie!

Tell me, please, if you knead the dough by hand, do you need a proofing of the dough? Ato somehow did not quite understand from the description of the process.
And someone tried to make this pie with fresh yeast?
Crochet

Proofing is needed, of course. But I will not say about fresh yeast, for lack of these I bake on dry ... With fresh yeast everything will definitely work out! Do not hesitate to bake! Good luck to you !

Thanks for the recipe and tips!
Yesterday I cooked a double portion at once, baked in the oven.
Delicious!

Handy Cat!
I used your recipe. Thank you.
I only changed a little to my taste, combining it with a cake that I loved for many years.
I replaced milk with kefir (only because it was not in the refrigerator), plus a pinch of sugar. Dough 2h. 20 minutes. kneaded a bread maker.
Filling: potatoes, mushrooms with onions, chicken meat "From the Finnish bathhouse".
Baked in a cartoon. The cake rose to the lid, but after turning it "squatted" a little.
Delight! I will use your dough recipe in the future.

Good evening! Girls, do you bake these pies and this bread in cartoons with 3D heating or can you also try it in a regular one ???
| Alexandra |
And one more thing: can you tell me, you recommend this dough only with savory filling, right? I’m just trying it now, although it’s manually kneaded (the bread maker is new, but I want to sell it). And the filling of fresh berries or apples cannot be added to it (if you bake it in MV)? I searched and searched both here and on the Multicooker. ru - did not find a yeast recipe for berry pies.

| Alexandra |, I have a Panasonic multicooker, without 3D heating, so in it I baked this pie and bread from the same dough.

Why not ?! Just the author, our Kitty , makes this pie with not sweet filling, primarily focusing on the taste preferences of your family.
If you like pies with sweet fillings, bake for health, everything will turn out great !!!

By the way, here I am Kitty writes (quote from the first post of this topic):

Girls, believe me the filling in this pie is not important

This means that the filling can be absolutely any !!!

What are you doing ?! On our forum there are a lot of recipes for yeast dough for berry pies, just have time to choose !!!
| Alexandra |
Little one, thanks for that answer! We love savory ones too, it's just berry time now. Now I have this dough in proofing, I have long liked it terribly already in printed form. I'll go to think, or blueberries - or an onion and an egg.

As for the recipes for yeast dough for berry pies - I only looked at baked goods in MV, and probably from other sections. I just bought MV on the first of August and I'm still afraid. I did one recipe from another forum exactly - it was inedible, I gave it to the dogs. Now 60 minutes have passed. baking cake according to your recipe, opened - rose, but the sides are quite pale, not to mention the top. Probably I read correctly on the forum - pastries are not the strongest place of the Visconte. Maybe the power of 700W for baking is not enough, or maybe our voltage is less than 220 (I really don't understand anything about electricity). If it does not work out, tomorrow I will bake from your dough in a gas oven, I will not leave him alone!

| Alexandra |of course you can, highly recommend visiting section "Dough" , there you will find so many amazing recipes for yeast dough, just bake - don't bake !!!

I was on the "Pastry" in a slow cooker, which is called "a dog ate", baked bread, and pies, and pies / buns / flatbreads and even ... cookies ...

Now, when I bought myself a new oven (now it is a favorite with me), I don’t bake at all in a multicooker, and I honestly rarely cook it ... but before buying an oven, the multicooker was number 1 in my kitchen !!!

Baking in a multicooker turns out pale, yes, but the taste remains !!! You can just close your eyes to the pale top, or you can turn the cake on a plate upside down, the bottom is always rosy !!!

And if you do it according to a recipe for a big cartoon, double everything? And is it possible not to put the dough overnight, but bake immediately, using heating for at least 15-20? Thanks for answers.

Yes, for a large multi product you need to double it. And the dough in the refrigerator Crochet put it, it's just more convenient for her. The author of the recipe bakes the cake immediately after kneading. Good luck!

That's what I did.

Sure you may . In the author's recipe, there is no question of any prolonged fermentation. After kneading, it is necessary to allow the dough to be at least doubled until it increases, and only then proceed to cutting.

I wrote above that I give the formed cake a proofing before baking, about 40 minutes (the time depends on the temperature in your kitchen).

Girls, today finally got ready to make this pie, read everything carefully again, but there is definitely no sugar in the recipe?

This pie did not work out for me in a slow cooker, it fell apart when turned over, although the dough was just a miracle. I also thought about what is better to bake in, but at the last moment I decided - in a slow cooker. Either I put a lot of filling, or 65 minutes. this is not enough for the first cycle, in short, a half-baked pie. For the first time, for some reason, I felt sorry not for the products, but for the time spent.

Girls! Here I am a burdock! Already when the cake was finished, I read the recipe to the end)))))))))))) What a small cartoon, but cooked in a big one. Overdried. I sit hot with butter, smear it, it may soften. Eh, it's a shame to be silly)

Many thanks to the author for the recipe! I took it to my bookmarks and next time I will add more!

Thanks to the author for the recipe! The cake turned out to be incomparable! The dough was kneaded in hp 2.20 on the main batch. Then I divided it, formed everything and put it in the oven for proofing at 30 m.Then I increased the pace and baked After baking, it turned out to be a very tough crust, but after 10 minutes everything went back to normal under the towel Filling cabbage

And my dough turned out to be watery, it sticks to my hands. Is that how it should be?
