Maybe it?

I came.
Well, like this... Tanyusha, first you need a body cow. When she has grown, then that first milk (thick) is colostrum. For example, for 1 liter of such colostrum (you can dilute about 1 glass with milk), you need 8 eggs. Beat them with a whisk, add sugar (not a lot, because the colostrum itself is already sweetish), you can add a little salt. And pour in the colostrum. Stir everything and bake in the oven.
Get it out when it gets cold.

I made it with regular milk. What can I say? Not that. It turned out like a sweet omelet. The same porous structure.
Somehow I added oil (I thought that the colostrum is fat), but the pieces just froze after baking. And it was not tasty.
I hope it helped in some way.

Checkmark, thanks a lot, but not everything is clear for the "teapot" ...

Huh, so why am I bothering - a cow on the balcony and has already become divorced ...

But seriously, it costs 1 liter of milk (the first milk yield), but, damn it, there is such different information everywhere ... Some write that this 1 liter of nada should be diluted with 1 liter of milk, others - 1.5-2 liters of milk. And most importantly, SODA! Do you need it or not? Nobody says for sure ...
I called the neighbors at the dacha (local), so they use the eye, and my mother loves him sooo, I don't want to screw up the product! This is called a simple question, but baffles you. What, to risk making a composite recipe?

Tan, let me tomorrow (or rather today) call back a very good friend of my grandmother (her cow has recently calved) and I will ask everything.
Somehow, someone gave my mom a jar of colostrum and she halved it to me. I mean, I did it. I definitely didn't add soda. I don’t understand why she’s here. Maybe really just in case, so that the milk does not run. I also added milk (by eye). I know that I added too much sugar and it was not tasty.
I can't ask Mom for obvious reasons.

Come on, friend! Although I have already put it ... But, I hope, not the last. So I, too, did not even think to ask my granny for a recipe, but it turns out that everything will come in handy in life!

Maybe you needed cream instead of butter?

We are looking forward to the report. I hope you wrote down how much you put in?
Yes .... we do not have time for many things in life because of ignorance.

May be. Yes, I did not think of it then.

Yes, and it just dawned on me ...Although, once upon a time, my mother-in-law taught me how to cook colostrum. She then kept the cows. Then we put butter ... But now I have nowhere to take pure colostrum, because I haven’t cooked for many years. So it dawned on me to try adding cream to milk ...

Sori, I don't know how to cook colostrum in Ukrainian ... and I don't love this thing ...
but what I do ... I knock the oil off ... very useful and the output is good ... they leave it for colds ... useful for children ...
and from the leftovers on the cottage cheese ... everything is as usual, only immediately sweet !!!
maybe I'm with the wrong advice, litter

The cow has never been kept, but when we received colostrum, my mother somehow cooked it especially deliciously. I now have memories of the most delicate cupcake, but my aunt cooked with rubber-rubber. In about three hours I will contact my mother via Skype and ask. I dream of colostrum prepared in this way, but since I have already been in Karaganda since 90g, I have not eaten for as many years. Because I do not get into the village during this period, and I did not see it on sale.

go crazy! I always thought that only women have colostrum))) I also thought that a strange topic about colostrum on the culinary forum

And I already have 2 cows, and we love colostrum very much. We cook with soda, but I won't say the exact proportions, and no one in the village will say, they do everything by eye. I also add vanillin, and it can be rubbery because they didn't pour in enough milk. I take colostrum from 2 milk yield, it is no longer so thick, more tender. In general, you can put fewer eggs, 3-4, otherwise this is definitely some kind of omelet.
Margit
Girls, I also kept a cow for many years, colostrum was cooked in the oven. For this, nothing was added, no eggs, no soda. They just poured colostrum into a deep frying pan and baked. It turns out to taste a very delicate, sweet omelet, in consistency like a casserole. Colostrum itself is very thick, as if it contains a thousand eggs, so there is no need to add eggs, and as for soda, I know that no one here adds it. After all, soda is not added to the scrambler for an omelet with milk and eggs, and so here.

forgive me for not being in the subject, but I'm so happy that a cow arrived in our regiment ... now there are definitely two of us against the goat army NATAMAYLAV !! (I have to lure her over to our side, I've been persuading her for a long time
who else to join?
We also take Margit, a person with experience even now in the "odstavka", but there are already accomplices in cattle !!!
Hurray, comrades !!!

That's exactly what I wrote about! girls, dear, thanks to everyone who responded!

I can not report, though first pancake the first experience was not successful. The whole problem turned out to be that no one knew for sure whether it was the first milk yield or the second, or everything was already mixed ... As a result, it turned out that it had already been diluted, prepared for baking. And then I thumped more milk! Therefore, the consistency was not comme il faut. I wanted to send our brothers to the smaller ones (street), but my mother said that she would eat herself! In general, there is nothing tasty there, just not so elastic it turned out. And soda, after all, is needed (according to my sources) so that the milk is not cooked!
Thanks again to everyone!

Py. Sy. Tanya, so always visit, please! Don't we find anything else but colostrum! Just whistle, I'm always ready!

Well, retired is only temporary. In your house, but not to keep animals - sedition!
My husband and I have been thinking about purchasing a cow for a long time, for the sake of the grandchildren, so that they grow up on real milk, and not on store milk. Therefore, at one time they did not sell Korovkin devices, separators 2 - electric. and mechanical., churn, forage grinder.
Zhivchik
Tanyusha, I called granny. Everything is the same as the girls wrote. All by eye. Does not add soda, because it is fresh to the colostrum and immediately makes it.

I can not report

Nothing wrong. But now you will know all the nuances.
Caprice
For lack of colostrum, I decided to cook it in cream and half with milk.

For those who don't have access to colostrum, check out this Caramel Cake recipe 🔗 (I also exhibited this recipe with us, only there are not many comments, but a bunch of useful information on the link). To me it is very much like colostrum (even my mother, having tried it, suggested that it was it), only in a decorated dessert form. But the soufflé itself from the recipe can be pulled out and cooked separately
