I was impatient to buy a bread maker. I choose ....
I got here one beauty Viсonte VC 801. They promise "rye bread". And it's worth it. Only here there is almost no information, reviews. Maybe someone uses such a stove, please share ...

Something clears up .. it looks like a decent device.

Please answer, is it worth buying a viscount vc-801? Is the coating really ceramic? If someone from St. Petersburg bought - where and what with delivery?
Andrzej nov
Alas, I do not have this HP yet.
About the coating of the bucket on the link to IXBIT (first link), but definitely not Teflon. While I was looking in the internet in St. Petersburg, I came across delivery in the region.

Andrzej nov Active links to external resources are prohibited! Sol-gel ceramics has already been said, retold
Andrzej nov
Oops, call me. But without the first two links, the post loses its meaning. And the photo from there ...

Much has been said about the ceramic coating, but not a word is dumb about the coating of the bucket from this particular miracle of the unit.

So, you can't ask where to buy and with whom to deliver? And I did not find the topic about coverings here. Is there something like Teflon scolding in vain, is it just a war of manufacturers?
lesyara
There are girls on the multicooker who bought a viscount (bread machine), the reviews are good. And they bought it in retail, somewhere in Saratov. I can't find it in St. Petersburg, only from Moscow. But it is embarrassing that the brand itself is China, in terms of the content and quality of the ceramic coating. The price does not seem to match the good ceramic coating. I have a frying pan with ceramics worth 1/3 of this bread machine.
Andrzej nov
Alas, now everyone is from China, even Panasonic.
lesyara
All from China - it is clear, but brands are not all China. Maybe Unold is better (multi + bread, kneaded), but only how to get it from Europe.
Andrzej nov
In Europe, in particular in Germany, the warranty is 2 years, and therefore all cheap equipment rarely works there for more than 2 years. From personal experience ...
lesyara
Well, the Viscount is not in St. Petersburg yet, she asked a classmate in Germany to investigate about the Yunold or something with ceramics. Somewhere else I read among the people that multi Kromax ms-89 bread is baked well, but this is without kneading. Their coating is ceramic. Brand - Sweden, sort of.

Thanks for the answer, I was just going to take it there, I chose delivery to St. Petersburg. But now a friend can go, he is taken to bring from the pickup point.

Hello! I was a guest yesterday, I was treated to rye bread. Just to be stunned. Asked where, they showed this device. Very beautiful. The plastic is serious, and the bowl is also a beauty of pleasant light color.
Andrzej nov
Don't be afraid, you have to move more. Run HP, run around it. Get a couple of pounds of flour from the store ...
lesyara
Artem 164, you could probably find out where your friends bought Viconte vc-801? And how much? I dream about it, but I would not want to deliver it from Moscow, that is, without a preliminary examination.
Viconte
I gave myself this stove on the DR on 20.04. I ordered from Moscow (I live in Volgograd), delivered it in 3 days, straight home, paid the courier company 800 re from above. for five days of operation, they baked white bread four times, rye three times. Rye, according to the recipe from this forum, was baked on the mode suggested by the manufacturer. In our opinion with my husband, it turned out excellently! There is almost no need to help in the batch.BUT yesterday they decided to fully test the manufacturer's mode, filled in the ingredients according to the recipe from the attached book (they baked egg bread) - it turned out that there was not enough liquid, they did not add it in time - after all, they tested the declared modes, and the mixer failed (or rather, there are two mixers in this model) ... They kneaded the bread with our hands and baked it on a regular basis, and even with a delay until the morning. And it even turned out very well! But the agitators never turn on. Now her husband took her to the service. Let's see what they say.
Andrzej nov
Possibly triggered protection against overload el. drive motor.? (If it is there, of course ..)
Viconte
perhaps. The husband said the same. But there is a guarantee, even, fortunately, it turned out that we also have a certified service. Until they reached him. I think, after all, something similar should be there, because the thermal sensor does not allow switching modes until the oven has completely cooled down
Artem164
How is it? Did you get it repaired? My friends are doing well with her so far. And they bought it here in Moscow in one of the hyper
Viconte
We are still waiting, the 18th must be taken from the warranty repair. When they brought it, the master said, oh, that it was: unsure: we show the warranty card, their address in the list of services. I went-with some little book, checked it, said, definitely there. And he took it for repair. So we wait
Andrzej nov
Something "Viconte doesn't get in touch anymore .....
Viconte
We received our stove from the repair. Only June 9th. The wizards tell, changed the block first, it still does not work. then they also changed the engine. Since all this came from a manufacturer from Moscow, it took a long time. So we now have a supernova oven
It's good that all this happened under warranty. for a week of operation, they baked rye bread twice according to a recipe from this forum, tested three standard modes - according to recipes from their book. Only in each was added water plus 30-50 g to the initial data. The bread turns out very well - when they baked wheat and wheat-rye, it rose right up to the viewing window, although the size of the loaf was taken the smallest. It kneads perfectly. I also tried the delay timer, even before the repair. Everything works fine. We ought not to be lazy now, to capture our products. Everyone at home is happy, so are we. Let's see how she behaves further. Yesterday I also tried to make jam from cherries. It turned out cool. And it does not burn at all.
astena
Hello, owners of this bread machine. I also bought this HP .. I tried to bake white bread according to the standard recipe .. I had to add water .. I did it by eye, while the bun was kneading ..
Viconte
Yes, I also add to all the recipes from their book. True, the dough then rises to the top. Therefore, now we will reduce the amount of flour. Yes, and the salt is also lying - in the recipe for the egg put 2.5 tablespoons. The bread turned out to be rich, sweet and salty. But this is for our taste - we generally undersalt.

Hello! Finally, I accidentally bought a Visonte vc-801, only it will arrive in about a week. And now I started reading other topics, ingredients, etc. - there is so much information that I will not understand soon. Can you advise me on where to start mastering baking, with what recipe? Nowadays there is absolutely no time to read what is on the forum - children, a vegetable garden, berries ... How much to increase the liquid so that the stirrers do not break? And what recipes from the forum can you use for the Visconte? I would be very grateful if someone responds.

Thank you, I will definitely look. There are scales, measuring spoons too. I still can't believe that I got it, I didn't dare to deliver it from Moscow for a long time, because if something is wrong, it's very difficult for me to deal with the return. Then I decided - so the Delivery site. ru zaglyuchil - began to write to me in red that St. Petersburg - "not a unique name", changed Pushkin - similarly. Then I came up with the idea to write "Zagulyaevo farm", where I actually stay - and did not have time, on yesterday's beautiful morning my daughter accidentally flew to Moscow, I arranged a pickup by phone, and finally she was bought. I am telling this, because in St. Petersburg this HP has recently appeared in a profit-shop - and as much as 2 tons more expensive than in Russia, it's a shame. It is strange that no other store brings it, in Russia it is everywhere. I also wanted to ask - will she not be able to bake yeast-free bread? Village mode is something else, isn't it? And where in St. Petersburg it is better to buy all sorts of intricate ingredients, like you call "Orange", what is this and where?

Hello Viscount colleagues! Yesterday I brought my daughter KHP, bought on 17.07. self-delivery in Moscow, and I see on the coating in the place where one of the bolt caps is at the bottom - a barely noticeable defect in the coating of 3 mm, apparently along the groove of the bolt cap, and there is also a strange speck nearby. Because of this, I don't feel like stove yet, probably tomorrow I'll go to the service, what will they say there. In general, these bolts themselves are similar to stainless steel, maybe it's okay from contact with sour dough or jam. I wonder how it counts - have you looked at an external defect? But this is very little noticeable manufacturing defect in the coating. I will present a photo later. In general, joy was replaced by despondency ...

attached instructions with recipes for programs

I was immediately struck by the translation of the weight of lbs into kilograms - 2 lbs was designated as 1 kg, 2.5 lbs was designated as 1.25 kg, 3 lbs was designated as 1.5 kg
in fact, 2 lbs is 0.910 kg, 2.5 lbs is 1.130 kg, 3 lbs is 1.360 kg there is a difference

and began to understand this instruction with "wrong" recipes - on the Internet, everyone is adding water
in my opinion, in recipes, the amount of flour in units of measure is instead of "grams of flour" read "milliliters of flour"

solved experiment
made the first bread according to the recipe of the first program "Classic homemade, weight 2bs (1kg), medium crust", but instead of 850 grams of flour per 300 ml of water I measured 850 ml flour per 300 ml of water, by weight the flour turned out to be 550 g
the rest is strictly as ordered by the manufacturer - salt 2.5 tsp, sugar 3.5 tbsp. l., oil (olive) 4.5 tbsp. l., yeast saf-moment half a packet (which is "a bag per kg of flour")
bookmark in this order - greased the shoulder blades, water, salt, sugar, butter, flour, yeast
then I did not touch anything, I looked through the window as it itself would be cooked there according to the intention of the developer of the stove, this is generally my first bread

three hours later, at the exit, bread, edible on all sides, weighing 0.7 kg, I attach photos

(when I was learning to shake the bread out of the mold, I pressed it down a little)

Congratulations on your HP purchase.

Question: Are the stirring blades in the bucket, or did they remain in the loaf?
lesyara
I haven't visited you for a long time, I have a story to tell. Regarding the coating defect, I went to the Visonte service with a bucket, the master consulted with the director for a long time, several times went out to ask me extra. questions and then suggested - start using, and when you have a bucket leak - we will exchange it for you right away. I did not want to use it, especially by this time I consulted with a lawyer of Rospotrebnadzor, who said that if you use it, they will then say that I ruined the coating. The lawyer also suggested that the online store should come to file a claim. Without much hope, I wrote to the online store about the result of contacting the service, and I received an answer - despite the fact that Visonte does not recognize such a defect as a marriage, the store agrees to accept the goods and return the money. This is how my first distance selling experience ended.Probably not every store would return money in the event that, according to the law, it should not do so. By the way, they wrote to me that after examining my HP, they looked at another of this model - and also found a lack of coverage. But I still want to try to order this model again, just inspect it at the pickup point. After all, there is no other option with ceramics, or can someone tell me? And the name of an honest store is Delivery. ru, Moscow.

"And experience, son of difficult mistakes .."

Never mind, let's break through, I've ordered a kitchen scale from China. They came in a month, they are working.

In general, after that I wanted to buy a kneader and an oven in a multicooker, but not in my Viscount 601. Or just knead in HP. Because these rivets and pins for stirrers probably do not always sit perfectly tightly and contact with the metal of the bucket is obtained, and it is not necessarily made of food grade aluminum. Here, in my opinion, Stadler Form has aluminum 3004, it is not food at all.

Question: Are the stirring blades in the bucket, or did they remain in the loaf?
I carried a silicone spatula around the bread on the sides of the mold, it did not help, shook and shook the inverted form, hot bread and fell headlong on the table, and the blades in the bucket on the shafts remained with pieces of crust, the blades took off then easily - for a couple of minutes I kept the cooled form with water
the lower crust grasps the bottom of the shoulder blade well and holds it, a capsule with a crust is obtained around the shoulder blade directly in the bread

these rivets and pins for stirrers do not fit perfectly and it turns out microcontact with the metal of the bucket, and it is not necessarily made of food grade aluminum in the dining room, how long have you eaten? you are looking for a threat to health in the wrong place, look - for a start - in flour

the Viscount's website says so - " 🔗"
ha, volume (size) in grams ? I suppose that it is necessary to understand again in ml milliliters, then the real weights according to the settings should be approximately 700 gr, 900 gr, 1100 gr instead of the written 1000, 1250, 1500
(I got 700 gr, I didn't measure the volume yesterday)

And how is the dining room connected with flour ??? Flour is really processed with filth, well, why else add something unknown, if it is possible to try to organize a healthier option at home ??? And on the forum, by the way, many having HP - they bake bread in the ovens. It's just a pity that the only model with a ceramic coating is so carelessly made - one cap with a crack in the coating, the other is not screwed in to the end and protrudes, and what will happen to them when the HP starts working on the batch? I wrote about this so that people would look more closely at the bottom of the HP when buying, and pay attention to the material of the bucket itself, rivets and shafts. I just had to do it as a doctor.
joymann
About the dining room - yes, there is a kind of crockery that is simply not shown to the client. The defect of the viscount's bucket against the backdrop of the canteen is just a holiday. From under (the same?) Rivet, water was slowly oozing out (100ml per night), but I knew that the "hole" would be tightened with flour, however, it can be assumed that the same crooked handle puts this rivet.

About the defect of pouring ceramics on the bucket - of course, this is not good and bad, I would also require replacement.

About flour - grain is collected with iron combines, transported in iron bodies, ground into flour in iron mills, flour is transported in iron tanks, this is where VITAMINKI are collected, and not in viscounts.

About the shafts - they are metal and stick out directly into the water, this is strange, because nothing prevented them from being covered with ceramics, just like the blades put on the shafts are completely covered. And there is the question of what metal these shafts are made of. It is comforting that at bakeries everything can be even worse, here I do not expect miracles at all, there is uncle Vasya with welding.
lesyara
And how does the Visonte 801 work on the batch, no problem?
joymann
kneads into a bun as the guru ordered, I don't see any problems

in one of the experiments there was not enough water, on the "wooden" kneading, howling began, pause, twice tore the dough into shreds from a matchbox and poured water twice 50 ml each, it became even tastier
lesyara
Well, what a smart girl you are ... Visonte 801 finally appeared in St. Petersburg, I will try to get it through self-pickup, I really want a bread maker. Moreover, there is no way to choose a cartoon for bread - Redmond M70 is too sophisticated, Brand 37500new2 seems to be what you need, but suddenly a strange fact came to light that made you slow down the desire to buy. And my Visonte 601 is so busy that I can't taste it on bread, but experience suggests that she will have problems with bread.
joymann
How to turn off a running program.
Press the Stop button, hold it down for three seconds, release the button. A long squeak will be heard. Everything, you can choose the program.
LenSal
Well, take the members of the forum me to your team, now I also have a Visonte VC-801 bread maker. My husband gave it for the New Year! And today is my first experience, I will even show you pictures. I took the recipe for the first bread here on the forum, after cooking, they tried it and it seemed to me too sweet (I put 3 tablespoons of table sugar) it turned out like a sweet bun, I think it will not work for bread. I will experiment and upload pictures here.
Well, I was going to upload a photo and I can not figure out how to do it? pancake!
