vala 25How many grams do you count a measuring cup for? In general, these glasses are only for liquid, even the same flour of different moisture content with the same volume will have a different weight. We must weigh.
About grams and milliliters:

If possible, buy an electronic kitchen scale, at least the cheapest one. Don't worry, the stove is wonderful, you will succeed!

better Panasonic SD-2502. Plain white breadelectronic balance

2 - dry yeast saf moment
3 - salt. sugar. butter exactly according to the recipe
4 - water if raw flour is 10 g less.
vala 25
thank you I have a scale
merlin
please, contact if that
Natashkin
I also bake this recipe, it always turns out very good, only I put sugar in 1 tsp. And I add whole flour to the flour (540 g of wheat bakery and 60 g of whole flour) well, sooo delicious bread turns out
And yeast, if saf-moment, then 2 spoons, and if saf-levure, then 3, I like the latter more.

The oven is very good, I weigh everything on an electronic scale, except for the liquid, I measure it in a measuring cup. And all the recipes from the attached collection are good.

Natashkin - a question?

"saf-levure"

Mode of application :
Add saf-levure yeast to warm water 38 C... Let stand for 10 minutes. Mix well.

Dosage: 5-10g (1-2 teaspoons) per 1 kg of flour
Do you put 3 saf-levure spoons into the dispenser?

Yes, I just fall asleep in the dispenser, I always use them until there were no problems ... I use the Saf-moment only if I bake quick bread.

Does the smell of yeast from bread bother you?
(I also sometimes add them to the dispenser, but not in such quantities and preheat the water, + on a long program)

There is no smell, they manage to work on the main baking, a normal amount, according to the recipe you need 2 tsp. saf-moment, and this is even a little more than 3 tablespoons of levure ...
I tried 2 spoons, but then the bread turns out to be lower and heavier, and with 3 spoons it's what you need

And in this recipe, you can use whey instead of water, the bread is tastier, the difference is very big!

"You can make whey at home. To do this, just take 1 liter of milk, leave it in a warm place overnight, so that it turns into a fermented milk product - yogurt. This is a mass that resembles jelly or sour cream (the thickness of yogurt depends on the fat content of milk). Then pour the milk mass into an enamel pan and heat over low heat until the curd separates from the whey. Make sure that the mass does not boil, otherwise the curd will become very hard. It is best to turn off when it is still soft and let it " "Then we put the colander lined with gauze in a saucepan, pour the mass into a colander, and wait for the whey to drain. Cottage cheese can be cooled and eaten, and whey can be used for any purpose. I must say that cottage cheese from a liter of milk will turn out very little, so for the sake of obtaining this product is not worth starting the process. But the whey will be enough. "

everything is very simple .

Here (in the Krasnodar Territory), it is sold in ordinary film bags like milk and in the dairy section in refrigerators! You probably just didn't pay attention ...

We must try ... When do you sprinkle sesame seeds? Well, you probably need to open it, but as you open it (HP), then the roof always turns out to be bright

Can you clarify the mode? On the Main 01 mode, the dispenser does not seem to work according to the instructions, only in the Main mode with raisins.

Right.

That is, after all, the Main 03, not 01. Thank you, otherwise I sit, bake, and the yeast is all in the dispenser and in the dispenser :))

The yeast dispenser will work at the start of kneading, and for raisins it will work closer to the end.
BladS
In Basic mode 01? I got up on the rise, and the yeast is in the dispenser. It's strange.
BladS
Everything, thanks, understood :)) I have a 2501 with one dispenser, and a recipe for 2502 :)

Good day to all!
I will never forget the banner in the army cafeteria - No matter how much you think, you can't think of anything better than bread
Today I also became the owner of a Panasonic oven.
Like it, don't like it, but you will have to accept me into your friendly company.
I haven't baked bread yet. Still a conservative ...
Now I will diligently read all sorts of tricks and secrets from the forums.
For example, I won't tell you why, but I liked it * sprinkle with sesame seeds *. Ah, glorious! ))
However, to the point.
Please share your experience.
I have a question : vegetable oil in the composition. Which one?
Sunflower, olive, hemp, corn ...? Fragrant or odorless?
I would be grateful for any opinion.
Thank you.

Hello!
I pour sunflower ("avedov"), and if you want a crunchy crust, then I replace 1 tbsp with butter. l. = 15 gr.

If I change, then everything is usual, and if you like white bread, you can add a couple of tablespoons of powdered milk, I sometimes do this))
Zhora S.
Got it.
Yes, I read about powdered milk, I will definitely try. ))

on olive (Olio extra vergine di oliva is a natural extra virgin olive oil. Acidity not more than 1%. This oil is first pressed without heating.)

the bun turns out to be fuller - it is more pleasant to yeast

Today I bought a Panasonic 2502 oven. I put it on quick bread. As a result: the bread did not rise, it was damp inside, and in the corners there was a thick layer of flour. Long before that there was an LG bakery, never had such an outrage with it. What to do? I read that maybe the products should be laid in the reverse order, that is, water is below, flour is above?

I never made quick bread, because I read not very good reviews about it.
I always bookmark according to the instructions, flour in the first place, salt, sugar, oil, then water on top, yeast into the dispenser if dry.

the first bread had to be thrown out. I put the main one for 4 hours, we'll see. if it does not work out here, I will lay the food on the contrary

read the kolobok rule, went to help her bread maker. Indeed, there was not enough flour, and for some reason it did not stir in the corners. I first scraped off the flour from the corners to the center, and then added another 4-5 spoons. it turned out to be a bun. the oven switched to the lifting mode, and then for some reason again to the kneading mode. is it right? I didn’t do anything like that in the old bread maker, I did everything myself and there were no such jambs with mixing.

2 months since I bought this bread maker, it's just lovely, all the bread is obtained, and the dough, just not baked, but everything is ahead. I took a lot of the recipe from this site. Thanks a lot, everyone.
