Butter bread with raisins

Ingredients

butter 130 g
milk (water) 80 g
egg 2 pcs
sugar 4 st / l
salt 1 h / l
flour 345 g
dry yeast 2 h / l
raisins 100 g
vanillin 1 pack
saffron, cinnamon

Cooking method

  • The recipe is adapted for HP Mystery MBM 1203 and has been tested several times. Bookmark products in the specified order. Butter butter (I replaced it with "Hostess" margarine) lay in softened form. Heat milk or water, add eggs, mix. Pour into a container. Salt and sugar at different angles. Then flour and yeast on top. You can add vanillin, saffron, cinnamon as you like. I put vanillin 1 sachet and saffron for color. Load capacity in hp. Program 4, weight -450. While the preliminary kneading is in progress, pour the raisins with hot water for 10 minutes. Then drain the water, blot the raisins with a towel from excess moisture. After the signal xn, add raisins. All. The total time is 3 hours 17 minutes. Delicious. I use only Pakmaya yeast, I have never failed.
