Chocolate Almond Cherry Pie (Panasonic SR-TMH18)

Ingredients

almond 125 g
premium wheat flour 125 g
baking powder 1 tsp
soda 1/4 tsp
butter 150 g
chocolate 65-75% 100 g
granulated sugar 100 g
sour cream 80 g
vanilla sugar 1 tsp
eggs 2 pcs
cherry (pitted) 250 g
chocolate / powdered sugar for decoration optional

Cooking method

  • When I saw this recipe in the Tasty Blog, I realized that I will not rest until I have baked this cake. To say that he met my expectations is to say nothing. Chocolate + almonds + cherries - what could be tastier?
  • Melt the chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave. Melt the butter and cool.
  • Grind almonds almost to the state of flour in a coffee grinder or blender, mix it with flour, baking soda and baking powder.
  • Add sugar, vanilla sugar, sour cream and eggs to the butter. Mix everything thoroughly.
  • Add crushed chocolate.
  • Add the almond flour mixture in two passes. Add cherries (you do not need to defrost frozen cherries beforehand), mix.
  • Grease the saucepan of the multicooker with a little butter, put the dough.
  • We bake until a dry match, it took me 1 hour and 25 minutes (be guided by your slow cooker, they cook everything a little differently).
  • After the end of baking, gently spread the pie on the steamer and let cool.
  • The finished cake can be sprinkled with powdered sugar or chocolate.
