butter 20 g
powdered milk 20 g

Cooking method

  • For the dough, mix all the necessary ingredients in the bowl of the combine or in the bucket of the bread machine and leave the dough to rise for 1.5 hours.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients, knead soft, elastic dough. We leave it for proofing for another 1.5 hours, in the middle of the proofing we knead once.
  • We spread the dough on the table, knead, giving the shape of a round flat cake 1-1.5 cm thick, let the dough rest a little (5-7 minutes), after which we form a round bun. We leave it for proofing for another 25-30 minutes, during which time the dough piece should at least double in volume.
  • We put in an oven preheated to 250 degrees. After 3 minutes, lower the temperature to 220 degrees and bake for another 10 minutes, then lower the temperature to 180-190 degrees and bake until tender.
